Blender did not workWindows needed a good cleaning, all of them were streaked badly, doesn’t appeared to have been cleaned for a long time. Air hockey table worked , however the pucks wouldn’t slide , the edges were in bad shape , looked like a dog had chewed on them and made the edges rough so they couldn’t slideOverall it was a good stay and would stay there again

Check-in was seamless, and the breathtaking views added to the experience—everything was truly perfect. This was our first family vacation together since my parents passed away, and it was incredibly special. I can’t express how much it meant to us. We are absolutely planning to do it again!

Property was ready upon arrival and after being advised there wasn’t a Christmas tree I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and there was one!

Breath taking views! Needs to be cleaned better

Need to get better cleaning company. Dirt in every corner. Hairs in bathroom. Over doors. Walls cupboards and floors were a mess. No soap for washing dishes. Wild grapes vines should be removed as full of dust and spider webs. Bathrooms need to be scrubbed as hairs and dirt in corners. Loved the views and after cleaning ourselves we did have a great time.

Not my favorite

Odd layout, way overpriced for this cabin. Front steps need replacing- they are dangerous. Pool table but sticks have no tips so table is useless. Air hockey paddles worn out. Couch very uncomfortable. Can hear conversations from within neighboring cabins. Def won’t be back to this cabin. Made the best of it but def overpriced.

Amazing Views

The cabin was great! Kids and adults loved the downstairs game room. Location was great too and the views were amazing! The toilet in the main level of the cabin had some flushing issues but other than that everything was great! Some mirrors would be good in cabin as well just with big groups people could get ready with out being in a bathroom, or just be sure to bring one. Overall though we had an amazing time!

NEVER AGAIN

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will NEVER rent from Aunt Bugs or Acorn Rentals again and I can assure you that I will share this information with anyone who is considering renting a cabin in or near Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The mere fact that I get into Pigeon Forge and find out the cabin I paid for in advance had been rented to someone else was appalling. The cabin we eventually received after much stress in dealing with lying clerks and management was filthy. Management required me to make three different trips to the registration office before assigning us a different cabin. It was obvious the cabin hadn't been cleaned, vacuumed, mopped, or dusted for quite some time although we were told housecleaning was doing so before we were assigned a code to access the cabin. The photos on the internet of the Tennessee Treasure were deceiving of it's actual appearance. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced as it is filthy and not tacked down in many places. Also, the shower curtain actually had mold on it, which was disgusting to say the least. Based on my experience with management and those in the office at Aunt Bugs, and the fact they deliberately rented the cabin I initially rented to someone else because they couldstay an extra day was more than enough to convince me to never rent from Aunt Bugs ever again. It is wrong to run a business in this manner. I would NEVER recommend these cabins to any one now or in the future. I don't know who actually owns the cabin Tennessee Treasure but I would be happy to let them know they have the wrong people overseeing their investment.

Great weekend get away with the teenagers

I was surprised the master was on the bottom floor and one of rhe bedeooms was actually the loft.. its fine with kids but had a brought adults it might not have been okay. The bathroom and showers were a bit off not having one that wasnt attached to a bedroom. But overall again for a family it was fine.

Best Place we've ever stayed!

Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the game room and hot tub. We were walking distance to the pool. My favorite was the breathtaking view of the Smoky Mtns from the deck. Will definitely go again.

Great weekend in the Smokies

Great location too... able to get to Gatlinburg without having to deal with a lot of traffic. Cabin has all the amenities you would want.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with the exception of the upstairs couch in the bedroom, had white stuff splattered all over it dried up and it was honestly disgusting. My five year old kid was laying down on it and I saw that and got disgusted. Maybe do thorough cleaning because honestly I don’t know if it was worth $700 just because of that nasty couch.

Stove/oven went out our last full day there as we were starting to cook breakfast. Aunt Bugs was notified and stated maintenance would come out. They were never seen. Nothing was done to make up for the lost food due to this.

Only 2 minor complaints: trash didn't get picked up while we were there, so it piled up quickly out of the outside trash can, and there weren't enough towels. Other than that, perfect!

Nice Cozy Cabin

The view was awesome especially the early morning sunrise over the hills with the fog still in place. The only thing which felt out of place in the cabin is the outdated rear projection TV. Other than this everything was fine.

Fled from Flo and found Heaven

My Tennessee dream vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family summer vacation was wonderful. We rented our cabin Tennessee Dream from Aunt Bug’s cabins. The cabin was on top of the mountain with amazing views! We had both sets of grandparents and our 12 year old son. The cabin was clean, full of windows and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised since I did book online. I would love to rent the same cabins next year. Thank you Aunt Bug’s for giving us a wonderful experience camping in the Smokies! We will be back!
