Perfect Solana Beach Escape — Location, Space, and Charm

Tutu’s Surf House exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked, our hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate a few requests before we even arrived — that kind of attentiveness really set the tone for the whole stay. The location is simply unbeatable: walkable to shops, restaurants, coastal paths, and hiking, making it easy to get out and explore without ever needing to get in the car. The house itself is beautifully set up with plenty of space for our group of four to spread out and relax, and our small dog felt right at home too. The outdoor space and beach views is a definite highlight, and the whole property has a warm, welcoming feel that made it genuinely hard to leave. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you again for a memorable family spring break!

Fabulous property at Solana Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is really lovely and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches for a relaxing stay. There are beautiful views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the bedrooms. It's located in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood and close to many great restaurants and shopping. The outdoor spaces are spacious and nicely furnished and the path directly to the beach is great. We have rented from Beachhaus a few times and we have always had excellent communication and attention to detail from this company.

Amazing stay!

We stayed one month at this wonderful beach house. The home is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, a private path to the beach, equipped with everything you need, and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and hiking trails. The views are to die for, especially from upstairs, and the sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep each night. The management is great, and respond to any inquiry immediately. We can't wait to return!

Surf house

We had an absolute amazing time at the surf house. The place is a treasure to behold. The layout was fantastic for us had more than you could possibly need. The views are spectacular from the back yard the upstairs giant picture windows. Sitting in the zen garden front courtyard. The whole house opens up to let the cool ocean breeze in. The walk out the back gate on the private trail to the beach made it so we never had to drive anywhere. Even the dogs had a blast.

Amazing Surf Access/ Cozy, clean home

We really enjoyed our stay at Tutu's surf house. The location cannot be beat, with a private access path right off the back gate to two incredible surf breaks. The beach in front of the house is perfect and dog friendly. The house was super clean with all the amenities you needed for a beach vacation. We rented e-bikes and never had to get in a car. There is an amazing selection of breakfast cafes and dinner spots a quick ride from the house, as well as fun shopping. The rail trail connects Solana Beach and downtown Encinitas for more shopping and restaurants. The house hosts were incredibly responsive to all of our messages and had all the best recommendations. The house is set on the back side of a quiet cul-de-sac, the only noise is the ocean waves crashing. We highly recommend this rental.
