This is a wonderful place to stay with stunning views. Being on the top floor means that when you look out the window from the living room/dining room, you just see the beach and ocean and hear the roar of the waves. The owners are excellent communicators. They made our stay easy and relaxing.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Great communication with the host. Spacious condo with abundant necessities. Close proximity to town. Unfortunately only one outside pool was open at another building.

Thanks for staying with us, and for your positive review. The weeks after Labor Day are my favorite time to be there since it's wonderfully uncrowded and quiet, yet the weather is still mild. Unfortunately Sea Colony does close most of the pools at that time. Hope you'll come see us again.

Great communication with owner before and during stay. He was especially helpful in keeping us updated during a city water issue. The beds are decent and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. Large dining table and sectional was good for us and when family stopped by to visit. Being right on the private beach with access to pools makes this an ideal location for a beach vacation.

The view of the ocean was spectacular & the accommodations were clean & comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Perhaps a couple new saucepans are in order.Our host was helpful and attentive. It was clearly indicated what we needed to do before leaving the condo since we were there off-season.You have a nice selection of DVDs but the DVD player on the right that we were instructed to use isn't hooked up.The comments are just to let you know of a couple of small things you may not know about.We had a wonderful time & you have our high recommendation!

Great location. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time enjoying the area, the uncrowded sea colony beaches and riding the tram each evening for fun. We had some difficulty with parking since we use an overhead compartment and did not realize it was covered parking that did not fit our vehicle. Once we discovered that spots close to our entrance opened up after 4, we were able to plan our days accordingly! Would definitely stay here again! Communication with owners was superb.

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure guests understand how Sea Colony operates and what to expect at their condo and during the vacation experience. They even checked in during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the unit.By comparison, I rented a separate unit in a different House that was equally as delightful, but the lead time for instructions on "how to Sea Colony" was much shorter. Because we were traveling by plane from out of state, this was a little bit stressful.

Loved this top floor condo in Sea Colony! Great location, easy access to beach, pools, shopping, restaurants. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. Would only suggest more comfortable balcony furniture :-).

Ideal location, Bethany Beach Vacay

This is a great place to stay for a Bethany Beach vacation. The owner is a great communicator, the place was very clean upon arrival - very comfortable with the perfect beach and pool view.
