New for 2025: a solid wood dining table with seating for six, matching coffee and end tables, area rugs , and refreshed nautical beach-themed décor throughout the condo.

Enjoy the breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the comfort of your own balcony, which is equipped with a cedar dining set and a high-top Polywood table and Adirondack chairs (new for 2025). Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, you'll enjoy the panoramic sights of the ocean and the endless horizon. The tranquil sound of waves and stunning scenery make this the perfect coastal escape.

Stacy was amazing and so nice! She was very quick on providing any information that we needed and laid out what benefits that the property had. The property had everything that we needed, and it was an easy check in and checkout process. One of the best we’ve had in a long time. I highly suggest staying here if you need a beach vacation and want to actually relax! We will definitely be back!

Stacy, thank you for opening your space for us to enjoy!Our family beach vacation was wonderful, start to finish... communication and check-in was spot on; the location provides several convenient beach access and pool options; bed linens, towels, paper products, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs are great features; the space was clean and well maintained; furniture was comfortable and functional; the outdoor deck area is another great place to relax and enjoy the views; check-out was straight forward and easy.We look forward to going back to 805 Chesapeake the next time we plan another beach vacation!

Amazing location with beachfront view. Condo is really lovely, super clean, full amenities and well stocked. Shopping and restaurants easy walking distance. Jean and Glenn are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend booking this location!!

Our stay at this property couldn’t have been better. The location and beach & pool access can’t be beat. The property is well maintained and decorated beautifully. We’ve been staying at this property for a few years now. Great view and location and always clean and comfortable staying here. I almost panicked when I saw the previous owners had sold as this is always our first choice when renting in Bethany but Stacy was amazing in aiding with transferring my booking and has been very easy to communicate with throughout. We’re definitely looking forward to booking our next trip. 😊

Great get away!

This was our first time renting at Bethany beach. We prefer the ocean during the off season. The condo was very comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The owners were very responsive throughout the process. The pictures of the condo on the website are accurate. We definitely recommend this property and look foward to staying there in the future. 5 stars all around!

Perfect as Usual

This was our fourth or fifth time staying in the apartment. Jean always accommodates us, which we greatly appreciate! The place is clean, comfortable and very pretty, not to mention the fact the the view is lovely. You can’t beat an ocean view! Don’t hesitate to rent this place, you’ll be very happy.

Nice Change of Scenery

My grown children came in from out of state for a few weeks and we thought they would enjoy returning to Sea Colony, where we all spent lots of summer vacations. It’s our third visit to this condo and we were happy to see that it was as nice as the first two visits. It’s a pretty condo with all amenities as promised and I can’t say enough about the view! Thanks so much for a wonderful three days of family memories.

Wonderful Winter Retreat

Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, the condo had all the comforts we needed. It has a very inviting, relaxed, understated-elegance feel. The owner was very accommodating when we had to change our plans and super responsive when we experienced an issue with the Internet. Her attentiveness was appreciated. Quick and highly communicative, too. The signs and labels of the dos and don'ts throughout were informative and served as nice reminders. I'd definitely go back.

Jean worked hard to help with our tricky scheduling. Once we overcame the problems with the entry code, we enjoyed the well appointed condo with a great view. Only thing we missed was a pitcher! The pool was more crowded than safe both days. The beach was filled Sunday and Monday but social distancing was followed. Loved the dolphin displays. There was quite a pod and they stayed for a while.

Very comfortable place and furnished wonderfully. We had some ugly weather and found ourselves in the room a bit more than expected but the place was extremely comfortable and allowed us to feel right at home. Parking is great. Access to beach and pools is perfect. View is wonderful. Complex and community are also great.

Sea Colony East - Chesapeake

Location like all Sea Colony east units is fabulous with easy access to beach and pools. Tram picks up two houses away to take to other side of resort with fitness, tennis and aquatic centers. Unit itself was perfect space for my family of 4. Modern amenities and updates were appreciated. View every morning and evening of ocean were great
