We had an absolutely wonderful week at Sea Colony with our 2 children. The condo’s proximity to the beach was amazing and our hosts were excellent. Even though our timing overlapped with Hurricane Erin, there were still many fun things in the area to do. Driving to Funland in Rehobeth was a favorite for the kids! We’d gladly stay here again!

Clean, well stocked, amazing view, great communication

The property was exceptionally clean, the beach view is amazing, and they are well stocked (e.g., great kitchen stuff for cooking, great stuff for the beach). Also, they were great at getting right back to us. The place was a little dated compared to some we've stayed at, but still very nice.

Great oceanfront stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Very friendly and communicative owners. Nice location; Sea Colony is fantastic! Only thing I would improve was some of the cleanliness (i.e. dust on air returns/ceiling fans) which is something that is a quick fix.

Robin and Chuck were wonderful hosts, keeping us very well informed of how to enter the condo, regulations of the property and location. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful

The condo was accommodating and very well stocked. Was so happy to see trash bags in the pantry as that was the one thing I forgot to pack. The owners also allowed us the use of their beach chairs - very convenient as we didn't have to bring our own and it saved us money by not having to rent them. My husband and I had a great long weekend away from kids, cats, dogs, cooking, and cleaning!

Awesome vacation

We had a great time in Bethany Beach. Condo was just as described. Lots of beach accessories. Kitchen nicely stocked with spices and kitchenware. Close to downtown. We were able to play tennis and pickleball. Recommend nightly. Great owners. Speedy responses to questions. Five star!

Wonderful Ocean Front at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach

This was a lovely place to stay!! Came for a spring vacation and found a very clean and nice property. I had everything I needed and I really liked the feel of this condo. Looks like new carpet and perhaps other items are recent here. The owners were most helpful and accomodating and gave me lots of information about Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. The ocean view from the balcony is 180 degrees and it was a wonderful view! I will come back to Sea Colony and I will come back to this lovely condo soon!!! Highly recommend this for a vacation rental.

Wonderful location in a wonderful complex

We found Sea Colony to be the best beach setup we had ever experienced. The distance to the beach was great, the location of this particular unit was convenient, and even the external storage closet made life easier so we weren't tracking sand all over the unit. It was great to have chairs and boards included, as this also saved us tons of room in our overstuffed car. This was one of those "they thought of everything" places. Would highly recommend. The lack of sheets was a bit of a pain and I wish the vacuum had worked better, but these are super minor details that would not hold me back from renting here again!

Beautiful view and a great time at Sea Colony!

My spouse and I spent a week with our two kids in this wonderful apartment at Sea Colony. We woke up every morning to a view of the sunrise over the ocean from our bedroom window and got to spend each day at the beach and the pool -- all just steps away! Plus the town of Bethany was a very short drive away. The condo owner was extremely responsive and very easy to work with whenever we had any questions, and the unit itself was great for our needs. The kids loved their room with its two sets of bunk beds and we all enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. Plus there was a closet full of beach chairs and toys we could use. A wonderful week at the beach! Could not recommend this rental highly enough!

First time at Sea Colony

Dealing with owners was great. They answered all our questions and their condo was well appointed. The view was incredible. Our issue was with Sea Colony. Many pools were closed and the pool near the condo closed without warning two full days. The passes should have been discounted to the off season rate. I understand they had staff shortages.

most amazing location!

We would absolutely rent this property again! The view from the balcony is priceless! Being on the second floor is ideal, and the condo was very comfortable and had many new recent updates! The owners are lovely and Robin was wonderful and easy to deal with! We had a truly perfect getaway!

Great Location!

This was our first time staying at Sea Colony and we really enjoyed it. This was the perfect location with quick access to the beach and the pool. Great if you have little kids who need to come up for a quick afternoon nap! We will definitely be back.
