The perfect place to stay for a weekend in Grafton. Located within steps of the Grafton Winery. The townhouse is beautiful and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check in is easy and the owners are friendly and helpful.
The home was beautiful and very spacious. The location is prefect steps away all of downtown. The mattress and all linens were very comfy. It was obvious that this is the first time the home was being rented out as the home lacked a lot of things you expect in a rental. Our group was four people but the entire home only had 3 washcloths. The home needs more bath towels and wash clothes. There is no cutting boards or scissors in the kitchen. There is no iron or ironing board. The bedroom in the basement does not have anywhere to hang clothes or a dresser. Additionally the listing was not completely accurate. As the home has two queen beds and not one king like it states. We had one issue with our stay. The host provided us with an incorrect gate code and we could not get our car through the gate at 8:40pm at night. The host did answer immediately but she admitted she knew it was an issue with the code not working. I wish the host was more proactive since she knew we were scheduled to be there. After two hours the host learned of the correct gate code that did work the rest of the weekend but blamed it on the condo association. As a guest with such a big issue to not be able to drive our car onto the property I would expect a host to accept responsibility for the mistake and offer a partial refund for her mistake. Unfortunately neither happened. Overall the home was lovely & almost worth the price. If the host can fix the issues we 100% would come back.
