First off, the hot tub is indeed private (not secluded) meaning its private to you and your guest, not the public or any other guest of Spring Hollow Hideaway. Our "inflatable kiddie pool" is actually a really nice inflatable Saluspa hot tub that all our guest have praised and enjoyed. Sorry it did not live up to your standards but had you actually taken the time to look at the listing photos prior to booking you would have clearly seen a picture of the hot tub and know what type it was. Unfortunately it was having issues the night of your stay which is why we refunded half your money with no questions asked and offered you a free night stay for another time which you declined. However, you will be happy to know that we actually just ordered a brand new Aspen Spa thats being delivered and installed in a few weeks, unfortunately I don't think your going to get to use it:( Also the listing does clearly say that we are a 420 friendly rental. This is one of our guest favorite amenities and just so your aware we are licensed cannabis growers through the state of IL and have been since 2019. The pictures and propaganda you speak of is actual real pics of our 4th generation family farm and plants that we are very passionate and proud of. All of our products are organic hemp derived and third party tested by an accredited lab with C.O.As. The White Lotus is clearly a unique rental, we vet every guest and don't allow children since its indeed a 420 friendly stay for two as stated in the listing.
