Cette spacieuse maison de plus de 2400 pieds carrés surplombe le centre-ville de Grafton et le confluent des rivières Mississippi et Illinois. Il peut accueillir des groupes plus importants en offrant deux chambres de maître (avec salle de bain privée) et une chambre avec salle de bain dans le couloir. Une grande pièce à l'avant et un coin salon à l'étage offrent une vue spectaculaire sur les rivières. Dehors, il y a une terrasse et un coin salon couvert pour profiter de la même vue panoramique. Perfect in every way

Our stay for a girls weekend getaway was perfect. The house is immaculately clean, perfectly located and so cute. The set up is perfect for a large group. We had 7 women and there was plenty of sleeping space and mirrors for getting ready in the morning! I will definitely stay here again! The host was quick to answer any silly questions we had about hair dryers or anything else too.

Girls Weekend

My friends and I had a fabulous stay in Grafton. The house is well located and has beautiful views of the rivers. We talked about doing another weekend at the same house in the future!

Grafton Stay

Had a great weekend in Grafton. Met friends to run the trail run in Pere Marquette then did the Santa Pub Crawl. The house was awesome with a great location for all the activities in Grafton. Planning on coming back next year!

The property was beautiful and clean. Felt like being home.

The property managers were great. It was our first time renting a house for our family girls' night and it was absolutely perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely have to rent this one again. Thank you!

Perfect Location!

Just a short walk to everything! We parked the cars when we got there and didn’t use them again. The house is great - plenty of room, clean, modern, a well stocked kitchen and a great outside deck and view. 100% recommend it and we will definitely be back!

Witches on the water weekend

Owners are awesome! House was stunning! View was amazing! Unless you are very fit and do not mind a strenuous climb up a very steep hill, this may not be for you, but otherwise, this place is awesome!

60’s Birthday Group

As usual, we were very pleased with this property. My only suggestion is for better lighting over the main table in the dining room. We always bring puzzles and when sun sets it is challenging to work the puzzle at this table

Wonderful for family gatherings!

We had 4 generations of our family here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for interacting. Loved the big dining room table with seating for 8 (more when you add the available chairs throughout the house)!! Cooking equipment we felt was somewhat limited: One 6-7 qt. slow cooker, 2-slice toaster, and outdoor charcoal grill and basic pots and pans. (Did not find a lid cover for the largest skillet we used.) Dinnerware with service for 12 and the abundance of drinking glasses was great!! The steep hill was wonderful for viewing the Mississippi River traffic, but somewhat intimidating for us flatlanders (and the oldest generation) to climb and drive on.

Great house for friends to gather

We planned our trip with the hope that businesses would be back open by this weekend. We didn't get to sit at the wineries, listen to music and take in the view. However, this house had several great views of the river and main street. We listened to music on upper deck. Played bags on the patio. The large windows across the front of the house allowed perfect river view from living/dining room. The house was nicely decorated with some interesting pieces. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Girls Weekend!

We had girls weekend and chose this property due to it having three bathrooms...the property was so much more than we expected. The view is amazing, there are two outdoor areas to enjoy, the inside of the house fit us perfectly. The bedrooms had ample space, three bathrooms, a huge kitchen and the wonderful dining table that everyone could fit around. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. We shopped, ate, enjoyed cocktails and the live entertainment all day! The owners were quick to respond to questions and have a detailed binder that left no question unanswered for our stay. Small things they provided also were a great addition to our trip, coffee, hot cocoa, creamer, sugar and my favorite, good hand soap. WE will be staying again and recommending this place to our friends and family!

Loved it !

Beautiful place to have a wonderful getaway with friends or family. Great accommodations for party of 8, clean, comfy beds, decor awesome. Everything you need to cook your meals. In walking distance from bars and restaurants. Can't wait to do it again

Girls weekend

We stayed at this house for a girls weekend, and it surpassed our expectations! The house was very clean, spacious and welcoming! The location is perfect as everything was in walking distance, and the views from the house were amazing! 10/10 recommend…we’ll be definitely back!
