- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- NOTE: There is weekly pool service on Friday mornings. The pool tech will come in through the side gate and stay a few minutes. If you are in the pool when he arrives please exit the pool for him promptly so he can service the pool

- NOTE: Per HOA regulations, owners, occupants, and guests are prohibited from parking on public or private streets or thoroughfares within Estrella Mountain Ranch after 12:00 AM. Please park your vehicle in the garage or driveway
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and a Ring camera located on the garage facing the driveway. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
