Eleven Boathouse View is a spacious top-floor, 3-bedroom waterfront retreat overlooking Cypress Bay on Kentucky Lake. With 1,800 sq. ft. of room to spread out, this cottage is ideal for families, fishing groups, and guests who want space to live, not just a room to sleep in.

Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a king bedroom with an additional twin bed, plus an alcove with two twin beds. It’s a comfortable setup for groups that want privacy while still staying connected. A full kitchen makes mealtime easy, and the large living and dining areas give everyone room to relax and unwind.

Step outside to your private waterfront deck, perfect for morning coffee, sunset conversations, or simply taking in the peaceful view. Your stay also includes two free boat slips located just a short walk away, so your boats stay close, powered, and ready for the lake whenever you are.

Cypress Bay is a private, gated waterfront property, keeping the resort quiet, relaxed, and guest-only. Only registered guests have access to the grounds, the marina, and the boat ramp, making your stay peaceful from start to finish.

If you’re looking for comfort, space, and true lakefront living, Eleven Boathouse View is a great place to settle in and enjoy Kentucky Lake.

Two boat slips are included with power provided. Additional or oversized slips may be available with advance notice.

Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and beds and clean up after them outdoors.

Beautiful house, clean with lots of room. All the comforts of home. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It has very close dock access, a few yards down the hill if you have your own boat. We rented boats from the resort and prices weren’t bad. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back.

My favorite part of owning Cypress Bay is seeing people enjoy it the way it’s meant to be enjoyed — families grilling on the deck, early-morning anglers heading out before sunrise, or guests ending the day watching the sky fade over the water.

This isn’t a flashy resort. It’s a peaceful corner of Kentucky Lake handled with real pride, a lot of effort, and a genuine desire to give people a place where life feels a little easier. We’re grateful for every guest who chooses to stay with us and be part of this little lakeside community.

Cypress Bay sits in a peaceful pocket of the lake where the water stays calm and the views stay big. That’s what makes this place special. Guests can walk right down to the marina, launch at first light, watch the evening settle over the shoreline, and feel the lake right outside their door.

So while the “neighborhood” itself isn’t the story, the lake absolutely is — and that’s why we chose this spot. Kentucky Lake does the heavy lifting. We’re just here to help people enjoy it.

What makes Cypress Bay unique starts with space — real space. Our cottages aren’t hotel rooms where everyone’s crowded into one box. Families get separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room to actually relax in, and a private deck to enjoy the lake. It gives guests room to live, not just a place to sleep.

We also make the stay as simple as possible. Every cottage has keyless entry, so guests arrive, punch in their code, and settle right in — no keys to keep track of, no check-in counter, no hassle. And for guests traveling with boats, we provide dedicated boat trailer parking so the property stays organized and guests know exactly where to go.

Of course, the biggest draw is still the lake. Each stay includes a free boat slip, and the water is just steps away. Guests can fish at sunrise, cruise at sunset, or just enjoy the peaceful view from the deck.

We’re not perfect, and we’re not pretending to be. We’re continually improving, fixing what needs fixing, and doing our best to make each stay better than the last. Guests appreciate that it’s real, relaxed, and cared for by people who genuinely want them to feel at home.
