Techically equipped with high speed fiber optic with WiFi 6 router, Nest thermostat, 2nd TV that can double as an extra monitor, August door lock, and weboost cell phone booster equipment. There are 3 Blink security cameras on the outside common spaces (driveway, back yard, and front door). There are NOT any cameras or other monitoring devices inside the property.
