Additional Information:
Living Room: This room offers a lovely sitting area that includes a wood burning fireplace, high wood beam ceilings, 86” Smart TV to watch all the games and movies, and huge picture windows for tons of natural light. Just off the living room you'll find the aqua-therapy courtyard as well as the front balcony where you can enjoy the surrounding red rock views.

Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is spacious for multiple guests to enjoy preparing a meal together and offers high-end stainless steel appliances. There’s also seating at the island for three, and a convenient breakfast bar area that takes direct advantage of the amazing views.

Dining area: The dining area offers seating for 8 and easy access to the courtyard where an additional dining table for 8 awaits just off the interior dining space. Dine al fresco under the stars and enjoy the serenity of Sedona.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (main level)— King bed, Smart TV; the private bathroom offers dual stone counter sinks, and a soaking tub and separate glass/tile shower. The bedroom has a door that open to the courtyard for easy access to the aqua-therapy circuit.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 (main level) — Each bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, nightstands and dresser as well as closet space for hanging clothes. Full bathroom just outside the bedrooms.

Bedroom 4 (lower level) – Queen size bunk beds, window to bring in the natural light, and access to a shared full bathroom.

Bedroom 5 (lower level) — A queen sofa sleeper bed, and a sitting area with a Smart TV.


Outdoor areas:

Observation Deck: The observation deck is accessible from the aqua-therapy courtyard. Outfitted with 4 double swing hammock egg chairs for cozy daytime relaxation or nighttime stargazing. The property also offers yoga mats, blocks, and straps for 6 to be used here for peaceful meditation moments and jaw dropping views of the valley all the way to Jerome.

Front Balcony: Step out onto the elevated front deck to experience an incredible 260-degree view that stretches from Oak Creek Canyon to the Mingus Mountains, providing an ideal setting for outdoor relaxation or entertaining.

Aqua-therapy Courtyard: The heart of the home is its private central courtyard, an Aqua-therapy and relaxation center that offers a true spa-like experience. Located just off the living and dining rooms, this outdoor oasis is designed for wellness and relaxation. The centerpiece is a large, inviting fireplace surrounded by plush seating, where you can unwind in comfort or enjoy al fresco dining under the stars. The Aqua-therapy circuit features a Roman shower, a soothing hot tub, and a sauna for ultimate relaxation, making this courtyard the perfect place to refresh both body and mind.

Patio: With easy access from the lower level, this space takes advantage of the Chapel Area formations to Airport Mesa, and then continue to epic sunset views overlooking Oak Creek towards Crescent Moon State Park, stretching all the way to the Mingus Mountains.
