Tucked within the gated community of Waikoloa Colony Villas, this two-story retreat offers a tranquil escape in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s sun-drenched Kohala Coast. Designed in a relaxed Hawaiian-contemporary style, the villa is thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home. It's our personal getaway when we’re not hosting guests, and we’re delighted to share it with you.
Set against a dramatic backdrop of black lava rock, dry grasslands, and wide blue skies, the villa sits in a landscape that sees very little rain. But if you crave misty air and towering trees, a scenic drive over Saddle Road to Mauna Kea reveals waterfalls, rainforests, and lush tropical beauty.

Step into a light-filled, open-concept living area with soaring 17-foot ceilings and a layout designed for comfort and ease. The villa sleeps up to six guests, with a master bedroom that features a king-sized bed and private lanai, and a second bedroom offering two twin beds that can convert to a king. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area provides additional space for families or groups.
Stay cool and comfortable with central air, ceiling fans, and air conditioning throughout. Free Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are ideal for remote work or staying connected. Entertainment options include three Smart TVs, including a 47" screen in the living room. Essentials like linens, towels, a washer/dryer, and bath items are all provided for your convenience.
