Ce condo de luxe joliment décoré de trois chambres est situé au cœur de Waikoloa Beach Resort. Sans unités au-dessus ou en dessous, le condo offre le plus d'intimité. Il est nouvellement décoré professionnellement aux couleurs de l'océan avec des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable. Il est entièrement chargé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances à Hawaï.
Le condo a cinq plages à moins de dix minutes en voiture. Une plage est à distance de marche et cette plage offre la natation, la plongée en apnée, l'observation des baleines, les voiles au coucher du soleil et d'autres activités. Toutes les plages sont excellentes pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée et la plongée et il y a des tortues et plusieurs variétés de poissons à voir. Le condo est juste à côté de l'ancienne piste de pétroglyphes hawaïen. D'autres activités à distance de marche sont le vélo, le golf et le shopping. Certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'île sont situés dans les centres commerciaux King et Queen, accessibles à pied. Les centres commerciaux présentent des spectacles hawaïens gratuits plusieurs fois par semaine. Un Starbucks est à cinq minutes à pied. Ce condo est situé à proximité du Waikoloa Hilton et du Marriott qui proposent également des événements spéciaux et des restaurants. Les magasins de plongée sont à proximité pour ceux qui s'intéressent à la plongée en apnée, à la plongée ou aux visites. Venez profiter de la Big Island dans le plus bel endroit d'Hawaï. This lovely property had everything we needed for a perfect week on the Big Island. Nancy checked us in and was full of helpful information on making the best of our stay. It was an easy drive to Hapuna, an easy drive to the marvelous food in Waimea, and a quick walk to the marvelous food at Queens marketplace. Clean, comfortable, with a lovely small pool right on the property – I hope we can come again!

Great location

Lovely stay with my 96-year-old mom and 76 year old sister. We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. The views during the day and evening are beautiful. Entire home is well-maintained and well supplied.Hope to visit again.

Outstanding location, host, and property

Beautiful house for our first time visit to the big island. Had everything we needed for a family vacation including swimming and snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and floats. The location is a quick walk to the local beach, and plenty of shopping nearby as well.

This is a great place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at this recently remodeled 3 bedroom condo on the golf course. It is very comfortable and located with in easy walking distance of two shopping areas which have a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. "A" bay is a very short distance and has a fine beach with snorkeling, paddle boarding and other activities. This is a great place to stay.

Amazing stocked unit

This unit has a beautiful view of the King's Shops, the Kings Lake, and the golf couse. Excellent amenities and quality products are in this home. We absolutely loved our stay!

Beautiful spacious condo with excellent amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in Fairway VIllas N6. The condo was very roomy and well lit with a great view of the golf course and King Shops across the lake. We were able to easily walk to shopping and restuarants and the pool in the complex was just two buildings away. Bedding and linens were higher quality than a typical rental and the condo was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our family

Close proximity to everything our family needed. We enjoyed the location of the condo within the complex. It was quiet and nicely appointed. Easy walk to shops and the beach. We got great use out of the snorkel and beach gear. The kitchen was well stocked. We walked to shopping, the beaches, swam with turtles at a bay and used the bbq, pool and hot tub daily. Bennet was a pleasure to work with, easily accessible and gave us great local tips.

Outstanding condo

Richard's condo was nicely decorated and very spacious. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. The location was perfect as it was close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Bennett was fun and helpful. He was a nice resource to have nearby. I highly recommend this condo. Thank you Richard!

Beautiful

This is a beautiful space. Light and airy. The kitchen was spacious and held everything we needed to cook meals.close to shops and restaurants. Only complaint was the bottom sheet would not stay on the master bed. Other than that this was a great place to stay.

Great place for family time and vacation

We planned this family getaway months in advance and it was well worth the planning. Location is key and this property did not disappoint. It is located overlooking the resort pond and golf course. Shopping, beaches, and restaurants are within walking distance. Convenient to tour group pickups. Property management was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again without hesitation and recommend for our friends, neighbors, and extended family members. Did not disappoint!❤️🌈🌈🌴🤙

Fairway Villas Waikoloa 2021

Our family had such a wonderful time renting Richard's N-6 unit back in the summer of 2018, that we came back for a second time! Plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults and a toddler. Well appointed, decorated and the fairway location overlooking King's Lake is walking distance to beaches, activities, restaurants and shopping. Richard is very responsive concerning any reservation/rental questions and his local property manager, Bennett, is a knowledgeable and tremendous resource just a phone call away. We would definitely return again!

Kona Home Away from Home

Richard’s condo is fantastic. Modern amenities, lots of room, fully stocked with everything for the beach and cooking. Great location. My girlfriend and I and our two teenagers really enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, the pool and the bbq area are nice and just a short stroll from the condo. Richard’s list of beaches, activities, and restaurants coupled with Bennet’s knowledge of the island made us feel like locals. Lava Lava Beach Club is walking distance and great for pupu’s, lunch, and cocktails. The A Bay beach very close is all you really need fora great family beach. It was so nice to be able to relax in the condo, cook, and not have to deal with the hotel crowds, scene, etc. If you’re looking for a great Big Island getaway, Richard’s place is da kine brah! Mahalo!

Home away from home in paradise!!!

There aren't enough superlatives to describe our fabulous 10 days in our new favourite place in Hawaii. After years of travelling to Oahu, we decided to try the big island this year and could not have been happier with our choice, thanks in large part to our incredible accommodations. The most well stocked kitchen we have ever used, an ideal location within Waikaloa village and finishings that made us feel like we were immersed in the island and at home all at once. Not to mention the top notch service and a first class experience from start to finish. Our island recommendations: - A Beach - Hapuna Beach - Manini'owali Beach (our new favourite!!) - Greenwell Coffee tour - Snorkel tour to Captain Cook's monument - EBike tour of the Volcano park in Hilo - Foster's Kitchen - and more!!! This amazing home was the perfect way to start and end every day. We can't come back to the big Island and this amazing home soon enough! Aloha.

Perfect Condo

This condo has all the amenities and more. We have stayed in many rentals and this is definitely one of the best. Location is great for all areas of the island, there is plenty of beach gear, linens, toiletries, cookware and kitchen staples. We hardly shopped for anything other than fresh food and drinks. Bennett kindly met us upon arrival and gave the lay of the land and so many good restaurant recommendations. It was good to know he was available if anything came up but luckily we had no issues. We used the pool, fitness center and grills which are all high quality and in good working order. I cannot day enough about the cleanliness and quality of this unit. Beautiful artwork and furniture makes it even more comfortable. Loved being able to walk to Kings and Queens Malls, so convenient! We will be back and hopefully can stay here again.

Easy, great location, and fully equipped large condo

My wife and I stayed in Richard's condo (managed by a great guy Bennett) for 10 days in February 2018. Our adult children joined us for a weekend. The condo is very well maintained, large enough for our family, plenty of natural light and in a nice location on a golf course and near two local malls. This is the best-equipped condo we have ever rented--the kitchen is fully stocked WITH EVERYTHING you could ever need. Plenty of towels, chairs, paper products, etc. Richard clearly likes his guests to have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Bennett was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions. He is full of useful information and greeted us upon arrival and departure. What a great team. Also, they get high marks for fast and responsive communication. This is a very reliable rental. Thank you, Richard and Bennett, and hope to see you again sometime.

Easy & Comfortable Vacation for Family of 4!

Seabreeze is a truly turnkey vacation home! Comfortable, spacious and extremely well stocked with everything you could need: condiments, Tupperware, chip clips, dish & laundry detergent, beach towels, bag & cooler. Thermostat schedule is the perfect night temp. Walk to beach via public access next to the Marriott is .5 miles/12 min. Our son loved rollerblading to the beach and biking would be perfect. Guest parking is 400ft from the front door and it is easy to pick up people and supplies. Enjoyed the outdoor workout facility but did not use the pool because we prefer the beach where there are free vinyl chaise lounges available and an activity hut that rents cabanas, snorkel & paddle equipment. Seabreeze is a 2 minute walk to the King's Shops which is very nice, upscale with a farmer's market on Tuesdays with delicious food vendors. Island Vintage Coffee Shop has yummy acai bowls and opens at 6am. The Queen's Market is just across the street from King's and has a Gourmet Grocer with everything you need to start your trip, including a huge selection of international food to order and eat there or take out. Go to Lava Lava by 5 or 5:30pm if you want to eat and see the sunset, it fills up fast. Seabreeze was the perfect first stop on our multi-island trip and the Waikoloa resort area is beautiful and convenient. Golf is affordable with rental clubs. Off resort we loved SeaQuest Manta Ray Night and Captain Cook Snorkels and Volcano E-Bikes. Bennett the Property Mgr is great!

House was as listed, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first 4 days and was quite a struggle to get it fixed with concierge there 4 days in a row! Two days before we checked out when needing to do laundry before packing to come home the dryer had quit working but was easily fixed the next day! Perfect location to shopping, eating, beaches and access to the rest of the beautiful island! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. The location was fantastic.Loved how bright the unit was and there was a nice view. It’s an end unit so it felt very private with no one above or below us and neighbors on only one side.

I am a long time geologist who has traveled the world and fell in love with the Big Island years ago. Owning a condo here has been one of my dreams.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Big Island has more climate diversity than almost anywhere on earth. From arid to tropical rainforest to the barren heights of nearly 14,000 feet. It has the only active volcano in Hawaii. Although bigger than all the other islands combined it is largely unpopulated and unspoiled. And yet, some of the best restaurants in Hawaii are here. The weather is always good. There are few bugs. The snorkeling and diving are first class. Come and see.
