Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Additional Guests - $5 per night for each guest beyond 6.

✔ This property is within walking distance to Hoozel’s Bar & Grill, which occasionally hosts live music - especially on summer evenings. While the lively atmosphere adds to the local charm, music and other noise may carry over in the evenings. Please plan accordingly to ensure the vibe is the right fit for your stay.
✔ We are dog-friendly and welcome up to 2 well-behaved pups with a small pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns - thanks for understanding! Please let us know your dog’s breed and size when booking.
