This stunning property, located on the 13th Fairway of the Pines Golf Course, is designed to be both a cozy retreat and a hub for fun and relaxation. As part of your stay, you’ll get access to everything the Lake Arrowhead Association has to offer. This includes access to two heated outdoor pools, two member-only beaches, tennis courts, a basketball court, and more.

Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit in the large backyard for cozy evening campfires, making memories under the stars.

Spacious Living Areas: With plenty of seating and room to relax, you’ll feel right at home in this inviting space.
Comfortable Bedrooms: The home has 5 bedrooms, each offering a restful retreat. There are also 4 full bathrooms for added convenience.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, from pots, pans and crockpots to a drip coffee maker for your morning coffee. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or a quick snack, you'll have all the tools you need.
Essential Supplies: The home is stocked with starter supplies of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soaps, garbage bags, and paper towels to make your stay comfortable.
Washer and Dryer: A washer and dryer in the laundry room provide added convenience for longer stays.

Proximity to Lakes: In less than 10 minutes, you can be at 4 different lakes, each with public boat launches for water sports and fishing.
Golf Courses & ATV Trails: There are 3 golf courses nearby and easy access to ATV trails for outdoor enthusiasts.
Local Amenities: With bars, restaurants, and hiking/walking trails just minutes away, you'll have plenty of things to do. And of course, a quick stop at Kwik Trip for snacks or essentials is always an option!
This home offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible whether you're spending time on the water, hitting the trails, or simply relaxing by the fire.

Guest Access:
You will enter the home through the main entry door located to the right of the garage. This home features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one day before your check-in date. This code will be active during your entire stay

Guest will have access to the entire house besides one locked owners closet.

The Neighborhood:
We offer a complimentary day pass for the Lake Arrowhead Clubhouse! This includes use of their beaches, pools, tennis courts, playground, and basketball courts. If you are interested, please let us know know ahead of time what day you'd like access and how many! The passes will be ready for your pickup!
