The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, larger counter space and an oversized island prep area. There’s seating for 4 at the kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8.

Just off the great room is a terrific entertainment patio that features a 16ft x 40ft private pool, a hot tub, gas fire pit, plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, and a gas BBQ! The pool is heated to a fixed 85 degrees and is open from May 1st through September 30th.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master bedroom has a king bed and private en-suite bath with two sinks, a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd main floor bedroom features a king bed and is supported by a full bathroom outside the hallway with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed with a private bath that features a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has 2 sets of twin/queen bunk beds and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 4th upper floor bedroom has 3 sets of twin/twin bunk beds, one queen/queen bunk and is supported by a jack-n-jill bathroom that connects with the king guest bedroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

** Maximum of 6 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park at overflow parking at The Inn at Suncadia.**
