Stay comfortably in Galveston at this brand new 4 bed, 3 bath home! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, pool and pond access right behind the house, and 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of outdoor seating! Beach access is right across the street from the neighborhood entrance and there is an outdoor shower on the side of the house to wash off all of that sand from your fun day in the sun. There are plenty of comfy places to rest your head with bedroom options that include 1 king size bedroom, 2 queen size bedrooms (one with a twin size trundle under the bed), and a bunk room that houses 2 fulls, 2 twins and 2 twin XLs! With 3 full bathrooms there is more than enough room for everyone to get ready for the day! Hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, and towels are provided in each bathroom. The house also has a stackable washer and dryer should families need to wash clothes and towels during your stay!

There are smart TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room, and each is equipped with a guest access program that allows you to sign into your favorite streaming services so you don’t miss any quality tv time! There are plenty of delicious restaurants on the island but the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you might need to cook and serve meals should you decide to stay in. Pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, crock pot, cooking utensils, etc. There is also a small coffee bar next to the fridge that boasts a Keurig and several complimentary coffee pods!

There are several luggage and hanging racks provided for easy packing and unpacking! There is also a full size pack and play located in the hall coat closet so that little ones have a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

Enjoy many options for outdoor seating with Adirondack rocking chairs on the upstairs and downstairs patios, as well as a full outdoor lounge area that includes a table with built in fire pit! The view looking over the backyard is exceptional but if you want to get more up close in personal with the outdoor amenities, simply go through the gate in the backyard and you are steps away from the neighborhood pool and pond. Both are able to be utilized during your stay. The pond is ripe with fish, so get out there and throw some lines!
