Welcome to Yampa Lux Living, a magazine worthy vacation home nestled above the bank of the Yampa River in downtown Steamboat Springs. This luxurious condo, one of four in the building, offers a blend of comfort and style, making it an ideal getaway for guests seeking adventure and total relaxation. The ambiance of Yampa Lux Living is enhanced by thoughtful amenities and an exquisite modern design.
You will be greeted with stunning views and a unique decor the moment you walk in the front door. A large sofa anchors the living area and faces custom shelving surrounding the TV and gas fireplace. One of the best features of the large living and kitchen space includes bifold, accordian style patio doors that open to the main deck, seamlessly blending the indoors and outdoors. The main deck is where Yampa Lux Living really shines. Literally looking down into the Yampa River, this glass panel enclosed deck features modern outdoor furniture, a private hot tub, a gas grill and views galore of Howelsen Hill! The retractable awning is a super useful amenity when you want some shade in the afternoon or early evening.
Head back inside to explore the kitchen which you will find is a chef's dream, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals! Miele and Wolf appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and a built in super automatic coffee maker are just some of the highlights of this space. Eat at the 6 person U-shaped island or enjoy al fresco dining on the deck with a BBQ grill at your disposal.
You can rest easy at the end of an adventurous day as the property comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen bed. Check outs will be blocked on Saturdays during the Farmers Market. Let us know if you won't have a car and we can discuss a possible Saturday check out. *There is an elevator you can take to the 2nd floor or use the 1 full set of exterior stairs that takes you to the front door of the property. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Our stay with Four Seasons Yampa was incredible! The host was very helpful and responsive. The house was completely stocked, had high quality tech throughout the home, and was plenty spacious for 3 couples! The location was also a highlight — near the highest rated restaurants, shops, and directly on the river. We particularly enjoyed the Sonos sound system, master bath steam room, and private hot tub off the deck! I have nothing but great things to say and would highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting a perfect winter getaway to steamboat!
