Magnifique condo au MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT - Tarifs incroyables - Piscine magnifique, bain à remous, foyer juste en bas, cette belle maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements juste à côté de la télécabine. Marchez à seulement 50 mètres à travers la passerelle piétonne de One Steamboat Place jusqu'à la télécabine, le centre pour enfants Steamboat et l'école de ski, et tous les magasins, restaurants, pubs, etc. de la place Gondola. Vous n'avez même pas besoin de traverser une rue pour vous rendre sur les pistes!

La navette s'arrête directement de l'autre côté de la rue et vous emmènera en ville, au cinéma, à l'épicerie, etc. Il n'y a vraiment pas besoin de louer une voiture à cet endroit (si vous prenez l'avion à bord d'un bateau à vapeur, vous pouvez prendre une navette pour le Snowflower). De l'autre côté de la rue se trouve une épicerie et un magasin d'alcools plus petits mais charmants qui proposent d'excellents hamburgers, piments, sandwichs, salades, dîners gastronomiques précuits, etc. à des prix très raisonnables.

Profitez de la magnifique piscine extérieure chauffée et du bain à remous toute l'année après une belle journée de ski. La maison est joliment décorée, joyeuse et ensoleillée, et très confortable. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson (machine à café, mijoteuse, service pour douze, etc.), et dispose d'une barre de petit-déjeuner pouvant accueillir trois personnes. Détendez-vous sur des canapés en cuir et des canapés et des chaises en cuir pour regarder la télévision ou jouer à la Wii sur un bel écran plat.

Profitez de la vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la vallée depuis le pont. Deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen, ont leur propre salle de bain privée. Les deux autres chambres, chacune avec deux lits jumeaux, partagent une salle de bain. Les lits sont tous ornés de belles couettes cousues à la main. Nous avons également un jumeau portable pour un enfant pour dormir.

Steamboat Ski Week

We recently completed a week stay in this unit for a guys ski trip and our experience was excellent. This unit is perfect for a group of folks who enjoy skiing and hanging out together but prefer to retire to separate bedrooms at the end of the day. The location of the unit was a very short walk to the Steamboat gondola and all the other aprés ski establishments in the village. The actual unit itself was nicely furnished and pictures posted on the listing were very accurate of the unit itself. Our host was extremely attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Overall we were all extremely happy with our decision to rent here and hope to be back soon!

Location location location

Ok. This property could use some updating. If you require quartz countertops and the latest modern neutral scheme this is not for you. But if you are coming to Steamboat to ski and you have a big group, and you don’t want to sell a kidney, this is your place. So so close to the slopes. Easy walk. And for the price?Golden. Go to the Ritz for your anniversary. Come here if you just want to ski your buns off

We had a fantastic family trip. The condo was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and so close. We would highly recommend renting this condo and from this family. They were always very receptive and accommodating.

Best Location in Steamboat

What a wonderful week in Steamboat. The condo is exactly as advertised. The location is as good as it gets. The gondola or the free bus to downtown are both a very short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and property

Fantastic stay in Steamboat! Location can’t be beat with skiing and amenities so close by. Beds were comfortable and appliances worked perfectly. The property hot tub was amazing at the end of the day and east to access. Thank you for a great stay.

Great condo location for ski and conference

We loved our time at the snowflower. The location is great; and easy 5 minute walk to the gondola, conference center, or the bus stop into town. Outside hot tub nice size and close. As some other reviews noted, the place could use a little updating but had all the basics covered. The water pressure was good! Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

We stayed here Dec 20-24, 2023. The location to the slopes is good, especially if you walk out the back door on the first floor. We walked to all the restaurants and the slopes so no car was needed. The store across the street is very small and super expensive. You will want to go to town to a regular store for any cook in meals. The condo has a wonderful sectional couch and a large TV that are very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are worn and need updating, but they were clean. My family and I enjoyed this unit.

So close to 5 stars

Our group travels quite a bit together for active vacations, and we appreciate that others are willing to allow us into their homes so we don't take it lightly when we don't give a place a 5 star rating when so many things about the place are amazing. The location of this condo is 5 stars, as close as you can get to the gondola, free shuttle to town, restaurants, and groceries.The communication and flexibility with Leila was 5 stars. We were arriving 3 hours prior to check-in time and wanted to drop our bags to hit the slopes and Leila did us one better and allowed us to check in much earlier than expected. We greatly appreciated this.The hot tub and pool were 5 stars.The reason we decided to give this place 2 stars overall was for 2 reasons that we deem very important to be considered a 5 star rental. 1) Beds & pillows - all 7 adults (in their 40s) complained repeatedly about the horrible beds. They are small and very old. They sink in certain spots, you can feel the springs, and it's hard to get comfortable. No one had a good nights sleep for our entire trip. The pillows also need to be updated, they are very flat and uncomfortable.2) Hot water - we ran out of hot water the first two nights after the first 3 showers. After that we all had to "speed shower" and space the showers out over more time if the last 4 people wanted to have hot water. We loved this trip, but location cannot make up for a few simple fixes that are desperately needed here.

Great location, nice host, older condo

We enjoyed our time and the location was a short walk to and from the lifts. It all worked but I got complaints on the quality of the beds, and it’s definitely time for an overall refresh of the condo. The beds, curtains, kitchen, bathrooms, and interior touches were all in need of upgrading. There were no humidifiers, which I think is fairly standard. Again, it worked ok for us, but might be best for families with young kids versus our older adult quality-conscience crew. It was good to be back in a my bed.

The owner is very kind, but i feel a truthful review is important. The location is decent, unfortunately that was the best thing about it for us. Honestly I've had better accommodation at motel 6. The heater has 1 setting, 90 degrees sweaty hot or off and freezing, 1 toilet wouldnt flush, leaked and ran all the time. (yes we tried jiggling it was broken).. The dining chairs were rickety and dangerous so we didnt use the table, the humidifiers didnt work at all. the furniture was garage sale or thrift mart at best. There were only 6 towels for 5 people for a week, We weren't looking for luxury but for the cost, we expected at least motel 6 equivalent or better. We never were able to reach the housekeeper after multiple attempts, it also took multiple attempts to reach the owner, there were no instructions or any advisements of local food maps (etc). she did finally respond, but didnt resolve any issues. i hate to leave this review, but we own a rental and either resolve problems immediately or offer a partial refund. neither has happened for us. also (not the owners fault) the entire stay there were VERY noisy children above, below, in back and in front early in the morning waking us every day, and all evening when trying to relax have dinner and watch tv...I would not recommend staying here.

Good location, needs some attention

Pros: location Cons: Upon checking in the condo was a little dated and in need of an update, however we overlooked it and said it's who you are with and not where you are. The more little things I found the more frustrated I got. Just a few things that I emailed the owner about and she responded that she was contacting the housekeeper. However, we never heard from the housekeeper. No hand towels for any of the bathrooms (Wash clothes and plenty of towels) No hand soap for one of the bathrooms The hand soap in the kitchen has big chunks of white stuff floating in it No toiletries such as the small hand soap bars Two microwaves (taking up counter space) where one doesn't work The coffee pot time cannot be changed to be programmed Sponges to use are in a random basket under the sink (not sure who all has used it and for what)-might suggest a dish rag Nothing to clean the pans with (a rough sponge or SOS pad) Randomly thrown dust pan under the sink, broom later found in a closet No hot pads to take things out of the oven The Wii bar does not work, batteries in remotes did not work, had to find random things that used batteries to later find out the bar does not work I later saw on the website that the owner only supplies 2 rolls of toilet paper--so bring more if you have a big group. The baseboard heaters have a temperature regulator but they are either on (90 degrees) or off. Set at 60 degrees it was about 90 degrees in the room. There is a gap under the front door about a quarter of an inch. The bedroom bedroom drain is broke, you can't take a bath. Easy fix is just a plastic cover for a bath. The owner was very responsive to my email during our stay and made an effort to make up for our frustrations, however I would suggest looking at the Wyndam website if you want to stay at this location.

Convenient location

We traveled to Steamboat with our three adult children and their spouse/fiance/significant other. The four bedrooms was perfect for our group. The location was convenient for walking to and from the gondolas and the mountain village. The owner was very accommodating towards our early arrival and allowed us an early check in. The building and unit are a little dated but the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed.

Winter wonderland

Location was close to the lifts that you could walk and carry your equipment. The hot tub and pool was a perfect temperature.

My husband, Bill, and I have three adult children. We absolutely adore our condo and have spent many amazing vacations with friends and family. We love that there are four bedrooms and three baths and is spacious enough to accommodate our group. We also love that it is so bright and sunny with great views and ease of access to the pool and hot tub. Steamboat skiing has little bit of everything - groomers, steeps, bumps,shoots and of course, Steamboat's famous tree skiing. There's always place to be found on the mountain where you can ski in solitude and no lift lines. When you top it off with Steamboat's unsurpassed Champagne Powder, the mountain can't be beat. We also love the downtown area and the fact that Steamboat is a real western town that's down to earth and has a lot of soul. Summers are great too with lots of easily accessible activities - biking down the mountain, on the Yampa trail, tubing, hiking, tennis, music festivals or strolling the downtown area - all under beautiful, crystal clear blue skies and dry, cool nights. It's hard not to fall in love with Steamboat - Ski Town USA.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love our home at the snowflower - it is sunny, lovely, works great for two families and is an awesome location - the kids can grab bagels across the street before hitting the slopes and take the shuttle to the movies or hit the hot tub and pool after a big ski day. The home overlooks the beautiful year round pool/hot tub and new grill and fire pit area and is just an elevator ride away. Steamboat has it all - great skiing, snow, town and restaurants and tons of activities that are all easily accessible and reasonably priced! In addition to the world famous skiing, here are some of the other activities Steamboat has to offer: Strawberry Hot Springs - relax in the beautiful, natural spring fed hot springs just 10 minutes from Steamboat; Horsebackriding, Snowmobiling; Tubing down the Yampa; Ski Jumping at Howelson; Ice Skating; Cross Country Skiing; Snowshowing; Hiking and lots more!!!
