*** Get a head start on your holiday planning! For the price of 2 hotel rooms, your guests can stay in our cozy, spacious house with multiple areas to hang out and relax. Our home is available Thanksgiving week and the week after Christmas.***Escape to a marvelous 4-bedroom house in Hampton Falls. This cozy retreat features 2 master bedrooms (one on the main floor) plus 2 extra bedrooms with twin beds. We have a fully finished basement with a tv room, classroom space, and a game room with pool table. Our home is set up high on a hill for a private, quiet escape on 10 acres. Enjoy the blueberry bushes in June and the flowers all summer long. We also have a barn with a few bunnies that you are welcome to visit. We have friends who will take care of the bunnies while we are gone.
Hampton Falls is known for Applecrest, a beautiful apple orchard and we are only a 10 minute drive to the beach or to Exeter town center. We live just a few minutes from I-95, so it is easy to hop on the highway to head to Maine or Massachusetts.
Our home is not only in the perfect location for family gatherings with easy day trips, but we have the space to spread out to enjoy making meals together and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit while the kids jump on the trampoline or play on the ninja course.
This is our main family home, but we love sharing it with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.
We love our neighbors (even though you can’t see them!) so please be respectful of noise.Absolutely no parties or smoking on our property.
We own a cat and dog. Though they will not be in the home, please be mindful if you have allergies to animals.
