Chateau by the Sea 101 appartient fièrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Cette unité de coin lumineuse au rez-de-chaussée est le compromis parfait entre commodité et confidentialité. Le patio extérieur du salon et de la chambre principale s'ouvre sur un espace vert tandis que la piscine chauffée en bord de mer, la plage et la jetée Cocoa Beach se trouvent à quelques pas!

La chambre des maîtres dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains, d'un dressing et d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits jumeaux, d'une salle de bains et d'un grand placard. L'unité est entièrement carrelée et possède une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit et d'un téléviseur à écran plat 55 "et d'un lecteur DVD.

Chateau by the Sea dispose d'une piscine chauffée en bord de mer et d'un patio sur le toit à 360 degrés où vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis l'ouest, assister au lancement d'une navette ou prendre un café surplombant la jetée!

L'unité est située juste à côté de la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach! Vous êtes également très proche de Ron Jons, Downtown Cocoa Beach, des épiceries, des restaurants et des magasins. Le centre spatial Kennedy est à seulement 15 minutes et vous êtes à seulement 45 minutes de Disney et de l'aéroport d'Orlando!

Great location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Chateau by the Sea. The location was great (close to pier), pool was nice, condo was clean, and there was this lively little seating area in the center of the building where we ordered in dinner, played cards, and enjoyed the nice the weather. Will visit again!

Weekend Getaway to the Space Center & The Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend on the Space Coast! The property was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and very easy to just walk out to the beach. The pool was great and the yard games were an added benefit that our kids enjoyed. I was pleasantly surprised that the beach wasn't too crowded and its a pretty stretch of beach right by the pier. It was also a quick drive to the space center, which is why we came! Such a fun trip for our family!

Missing basic amenities.

Location is good. There are no ocean views from this property. Bed is nice. Lacking basic amenities like toilet paper and dishwasher liquid. Easy to find and great communication with host.

Thank you very much for your review on the property. As advertised, the complex is located right on the ocean and within the complex, the unit is located on the southwest corner of the building. There is a grassy area in the front of the patio but it does not face the ocean. I am very glad you enjoyed the location and the bed. I apologize about not have the basic amenities - they should have been there and it has been corrected.

Excellent place to stay for Cape Canaveral area

Property clean and well furnished. Within walking of pier and beach. We were on first floor so no balcony and no immediate water view, but will come back and get a 2 nd floor or above. Taylor of the management team went above and beyond. She checked in to make sure all was well. The 2nd day the washer broke. She made arrangements for us to use another condo's washer and dryer for that day and a replacement washer was there the next day. We would come back here.

Nice place on the beach

This place cannot be beat for location...on the beach, close to restaurants and shops...while still being affordable. It had enough room for our family and had everything we needed, including detergent, extra tp, and other amenities. There were downsides: the master bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on, the pool is only slightly larger than an average backyard pool so it can get packed, especially midday. Also, people smoked like crazy at this place (although our unit did NOT smell like smoke). If you're a smoker, you won't mind walking past (or sitting below) the wafts of smoke. I will stress that despite these things, I would rent this unit again!

This building is Non-smoking and smoking is not permitted on the balconies or in the pool area. We will take the necessary measures to make sure this is monitored more closely by the building. Wonderful

Had a wonderful time on vacation. Sea 101 was great, we loved that it was down on the first floor and quick walk to the pool, beach, parking lot etc.. The place was clean and i didn't have any issue's nor did we look for any. Now that i think about it the "oven door" didn't close very well. We just had to push on it to make sure it was closed. BTW i bought a pitcher that was needed in the kitchen and i left it for others to use. Kitchen needed a pitcher. The place had everything we needed on our vacation. Sea 101 was a great place to stay and i will say that when we go back to Cocoa beach again i will hoping to stay here again.

Coastal Paradise: A Blissful Week at Chateau by the Sea

Our 7-day stay at Chateau by the Sea in Cocoa Beach, FL, was truly spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The condo was impeccably maintained and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after our beachside adventures. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area was perfect for unwinding. The highlight? The breathtaking oceanfront views from the private rooftop. Seeing the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean was magical. With direct beach access, we enjoyed the sand and surf whenever we pleased. The condo's location in Cocoa Beach was ideal, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions like Kennedy Space Center – walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier. Highly recommend the Pier and Mexico's Grill! Throughout our stay, Zareh and the property management team were attentive and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. In summary, our time at Chateau by the Sea was blissful. Whether for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, it's the perfect spot. We will be back!

Nice appartment, right next to the beautiful Beach & Pier of Cocoa Beach!

+ spatious appartment + Airco & big fridge were nice & cold upon arrival + Fast communication with property owner Jaclyn. + Great plus to have washing machine and dryer + Publix supermarkt at 500 meters + Cocoa Beach Pier is next to the appartment + Appartement is big enough for 4 adults and 1 boy(12). + Nice to have the appartment on ground floor so you can sit in the garden. + Owner Jaclyn was very helpful when I wanted an online order delivered to the appartment. + Big fridge! +Free parking space next to appartment + In neighbourhood of appartement various restaurants - appartement was bit dusty upon arrival, quite some white animal (dog?) hairs. Mentioned to owner but apart from apologies, no further action was taken. We cleaned IT ourselves a bit. - couch to sit on was somewhat old and not so clean. We put sheet on it so we could sit on it. - biggest frying pan could not be used, was worn down. Not noted to owner.

Great Beach Vacation

Loved the property. Clean, spacious, and great location. The only recommendation for change I can say is to get longer curtains in the bedrooms. The lights from the parking lot come through the bottom of the windows and keeps the rooms from being completely dark. Otherwise everything was great!

Better than expected

This was my fourth time staying at this property. Everything was new and clean. There is a grocery store and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My 2 favorite things were eating breakfast on the roof deck and going to the tiki bar at the pier and telling other patrons that I'm staying at the place with the cool roof deck. The price was great and there were no surprise add ons. I'm looking forward to returning next year.

Great place to stay for a family vacation

We stayed at condo 101 for a week over spring break and had a great time. The place was clean, spacious, quiet and the beds were very comfy. It had everything we needed. We even brought our dog and the place was perfect for everyone in our family. And the best part was it was right on the water. We were close to everything - beach, pier, restaurants, activities. We did have a slight issue with the tv not working but after an inquiry to the office, they sent someone right out and it was fixed within minutes. Overall staying at here really enhanced our vacation and made it truly memorable.

Last minute but wonderful

I had other plans that fell through and booked here last minute. Was more expensive but right on the ocean and many options within walking distance. I probably had the only unit without an ice maker or ice trays. Contact was very quick to drop off some ice trays ( I had an injury I needed ice for) that I was very grateful for! The place was very clean and the outdoor space really quiet and private. The only issue I noticed is when I used the washer the water was hot when temp was set to cold so I shrunk a shirt. The rooftop is good for rocket launch but partially blocked by Beat Western
