Chateau by the Sea 501 est fièrement la propriété de «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances haut de gamme en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Cette unité de coin penthouse est juste à côté de la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! Le Pier est idéal pour les personnes de tous âges. Que vous cherchiez à pêcher, à jouer au beach-volley ou à profiter d'un bon dîner, de boissons et de musique live, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Vous êtes également à seulement quelques minutes de la célèbre boutique de surf de Ron Jon, qui est une attraction locale de premier plan.

Cette unité est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin en vacances, comme Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, des jouets et des accessoires de plage, des draps, des serviettes, une cuisine complète, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et bien plus encore. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement 5 personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le balcon est super compte tenu de son exposition plein sud, qui offre une vue sur l'océan et le plus de soleil!

Chateau By The Sea est l'un des rares bâtiments avec une piscine chauffée en bord de mer afin que vous puissiez nager et profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la jetée et l'océan. De plus, il y a une terrasse sur le toit à 360 degrés qui est parfaite pour voir les lancements de navettes, les couchers de soleil ou tout simplement bronzer! C'est le seul complexe à Cocoa Beach avec une terrasse sur le toit qui permet des locations à la semaine.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Chateau by the Sea. We brought our own bikes and enjoyed riding around Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Jetty Park. Daily beach walks were the best! It was great to get back to Cocoa Beach since it had been a number of years since our last visit. This time it was lovely to be able to stay a full month. I can't say enough about the staff and management at Happy Palms. Seriously, JOB WELL DONE from start to finish. Super impressed with Zareh, Justin, and Amber. Quick to respond to questions, maintenance, and a rebook for next year!!Thank you all for a great vacation and we look forward to a great stay next time!!

Great Location!

This property is in a great location right on the beach! It is close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops. The condo was spacious and clean and the communication from the property manager was fantastic!

Simply convenient and perfect

Check in was super convenient emailed me a code to get in to the door and instructions for our visit. The condo was both well stocked and super clean. Zareh was very quick to respond and quick to fix whatever issues we had however, we had very few issues with the Condo. Almost everything we did was within walking distance and the condo had great beach access

Nice location walking convenience to everything. Everything was as described. Excellent host communication. Nice pool, closasthis beach access.Tip, if you want fresh off the boat caught seafood you might want to take a short drive to Port Canaveral.

Family Vacay

Everything about this condo was PERFECT. We have 3 girls ages 17, 12, and 5 and they loved everything. There was plenty of beach stuff for all of us. The location to the pier and beach access is great. It is a little bit of a drive from the downtown area, but it didn't bother us. We were lucky to be able to watch a space launch from the roof and it was the COOLEST thing to experience.

Fantastic Vacation

My son and I stayed for a vacation in May. I cannot say enough good about this place. We had 2 small things that came up and there were taken care of in under 30 minutes. The view is beautiful. The place was clean. There were plenty of amenities from towels to kitchen items. The mattresses were comfortable. Felt safe & secure the entire time we were there. Just a perfect vacation. I'd give it 100 stars if that was an option. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation!

We had a girls vacation with three of us for a week. The condo was beautiful, the staff was very accommodating with any questions, and we had a great time. The View of the ocean was beautiful and the roof deck was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, however, the twin beds in the secondary bedroom were extremely firm (a bit too firm to be comfortable for us). The balconies in the condo were great and the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas in the closet were perfect for people flying in and unable to bring their own. We used all of them! Thank you for a great vacation! We plan to return to the area and plan to use "Stay in Cocoa Beach" again!

Winter get away

We were originally booked to stay in unit 501. Drew, the property manager contacted me a few days before we checked in because unit 501 had some problems with the shower. He was great to work with and gave us the option to stay in unit 107. I’m so glad. It was on the main floor just off the pool and beach. The unit could use some updates. However, the kitchen was fully stocked to cook a meal. No spices so bring your own. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

Loved the location condo was updated nice . The things we didn’t like was ac vents were loaded with dust and moldy they should be cleaned and kitchen sink had no hot water. Also the slider in the master bedroom won’t close so you heard whistling sound at night. The mattress cover was stained bad and looked like blood stains on it.basically bad house keeping people otherwise a great stay and I will go back just tidy it up better.

Perfection in Cocoa Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property. The unit is exactly as pictured, updated, and beautiful. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed watching a Space X rocket launch from the rooftop deck. The location couldn’t be better: next door to the pier, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Communication was fabulous, and we would definitely stay again, and recommend the unit to our family and friends.

A winter getaway

Enjoyable stay, really nice location. Unit needs some updating, kitchen drawers were usable but they just about fell out, appliances very outdated but usable and clean. The master bathroom shower needed a safety hold and the inner shower curtain was so long it blocked the drain and you ended up standing on it. My wife's biggest problem was the hair on the wall and on back of door in this bathroom and the dog treat in the couch cushion. But overall the condo was very nice. The problems were really minor just a tad bothersome but the check in process and Drew were fabulous. I would rent from him again.

Best location for a nice get away! Always things to do in this area that were walking distance. Condo was perfect, roof top patio, property was clean, great communication with owner, and safe for kids and pets. We will be back! :)

The location of the Chateau By The Sea is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. The property was clean but not set up very well

Upon arriving this unit was easy to find and clean. However it does have an odd layout, the bathroom is located within the second bedroom so whomever you have staying in there has to deal in and out traffic to the restroom and shower which proved to be more frustrating than I ever could have imagined. The second issue I had is with the Thermostat, it is set and cannot be changed which made it uncomfortable at times. Overall it is in a nice location however out of the 5 rentals I’ve chosen on VRBO this one was by far my least favorite.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay and apologize for any misunderstanding about the layout of the unit. The property has two bathrooms and is set-up so that both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. Most of our renters prefer that the guests staying in the guest bedroom have their own private shower/bathroom so that they do not have to use the hallway one. I also apologize if you did not understand how to operate the thermostat or change the temperature on it (which can be changed) and would encourage future guests to call if they have any questions
