Chateau by the Sea 104 appartient fièrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Chateau by the Sea 104 est l'endroit idéal pour s'évader et se détendre. Cette unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bains possède un patio et une cour de débrayage, dans un bâtiment situé directement sur la plage juste au sud de la jetée de Cocoa Beach. Les deux chambres disposent de lits king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Vous ne devez donc pas vous battre pour la chambre principale. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. En outre, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni, comme une cuisine complète, tous les draps / serviettes et une laveuse / sécheuse. Nous fournissons également des accessoires de plage pour votre plaisir.

Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de la plage dans cette unité. Le confort ultime d'un accès privé à la plage et d'une piscine chauffée à seulement quelques pas de votre terrasse, ainsi qu'une vue imprenable à 360 degrés depuis la terrasse privée sur le toit du Château .. Cette unité au rez de chaussée est juste à côté de la célèbre Cocoa Beach Pier! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! La jetée est idéale pour les personnes de tous âges. Que vous cherchiez à pêcher, à jouer au beach-volley ou à savourer un bon dîner avec un verre, chacun y trouvera son bonheur. Vous êtes également à seulement quelques minutes du célèbre Surf Shop de Ron Jon, une des principales attractions de la région.

Great location

Property is close to everything, walking distance to Ron Jon, adjacent to the pier and beach! Zareh was very responsive and check in was easy! We would stay again!

Cocoa Beach Vacation

Condo was very clean and stocked with basic needs. Location is great as it is steps to the beach and very close to the pier. Unit comes with chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and boogie boards. Pool was great too. Zaher was also extremely helpful regarding the few property questions we had. Would stay here again.

Fantastic beachfront location

Love the location right on the beach. We rented bikes to take to Ron Jon’s surf shop, close to great restaurants and the grocery store. So comfortable and convenient! I also loved having a washer-dryer in the unit.

Only steps from the beach. Stocked wt cleaning supplies. In condo washer and drier. Chairs and boogie boards. Great condo. Near peer and many restaurants walking distance from property. Perfect for family vacation.

Loved our stay at Cocoa Beach.

The condo was very clean. Plenty of fresh towels in the closet, for both the pool/beach and bathroom. We did have a few issues but nothing too major. The sliding glass door didn't lock, there was a stick in the door which was a little bit of a pain. The slats on the sliding door were a mess. Most broken and some just missing altogether. We took this condo for ease of walking our dog. Which was very convenient except, where they ask you to take your dog is outside the condo area. It is a small patch of grass, no fence and no lights. The only other issue was the fitted sheets were so stretched out that they refused to stay on bed. All small issues and nothing we couldnt deal with or that would stop us from going back. The pool and the beach were great, and very close. Thank you for a great escape from the cold.

The location is perfect, It was great to stay right on the ocean. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Chateau by the Sea.

This is my 3rd stay at Chateau by the Sea. CBS 104 is ground floor and very convenient to access from the parking lot. Easy check in process. The unit has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The pool and beach are just a few steps away and we spent time using both. Cocoa Beach Pier is next door and Publix is walking distance. Walmart is a 10 minute drive away down SR520. Lots of great places to eat locally. I can recommend The Sandbar Sports Grill which you could walk along the beach to. Barrier Jacks and Southern Charm Cafe which both do a great breakfast. Drew was just an email or phone call away if we had any questions about the Condo. Thanks for having us again and we will be back.

Perfect and Great Value!

Stayed at Chateau by the Sea 104 early May 2019. This is my second stay at CBS but first time in 104. This is a lovely well laid out Condo. We enjoyed sitting on the patio to sunbathe, taking walks on the beach which is steps away and relaxing by the pool. There was everything we needed in the Condo. Loved the beach chairs and large cooler provided. Publix is very close by and Walmart just a short drive down SR520. Lots of lovely places to eat and we especially recommend The Sandbar a 10 min walk down the road. Drew from Stay in Cocoa Beach was always an email away to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend using Drew and the Stay in Cocoa Beach team. We will certainly be booking with them again. Thankyou for having us. We will be back.

Good Location, unhappy with furniture!

Great location! Was very unhappy with some of the furniture. The bed we had was the worst I ever slept in, so soft and lumpy, really needs to be replaced! Sofa was about as bad, had to sit around the table most of the time those chairs were ok. Place really needs updated! Also was disappointed that not even salt or pepper in the condo, other condos were so much more accommodating that I’ve stayed in.

Disappointing

We were a bit disappointed. The place overall needed a good paint job. We could tell it had been recently decorated and looked nice from afar. There was not one box of tissue, no salt and pepper, and the extra towels in the cabinet were still wet. Loved the location but they are doing some construction work to the building so we were woken early every morning.

Only complaints were the couch is so low and uncomfortable it was difficult to sit and enjoy yourself. We ended up bringing in the lawn chairs to sit on. There was also a lot of noise and loud talking as they were working on the roof.

Great location but the unit lacks the comforts of home

The unit is in a great location, it is basically right on the water (no view of the water though, if that is important to you). We loved the pool with the complex as it was nice and big and the beach area is really nice. The unit itself, while clean, was lacking things I usually enjoy about VRBO rentals, such as spices to cook with (even no salt and pepper) and I find that usually there are oils etc. If you are planning on eating out for your trip then this won't matter but I prefer to cook. Also, the unit next door must allow smoking inside the unit and as a result initially there were smokers there which gave this unit a stale cigarette smell. The problem couldn't be resolved until the smokers left (Drew got an air freshener delivered but that can't really get rid of that smell).

Why stay anywhere else

The Condo was clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the available beach accessories (which was a fantastic benefit). Short walking distance to beach and the pier. So short that even my daughter with severe autism was able to walk to the pier without difficulty. Locally so much to do and short driving distance to Kennedy Space Center or Disney parks if desired. 3 large flat screen TVs in every room. No need to stay anywhere else! Only drawback is could have used more seating in the living area. Our family of 4 was a tight squeeze on the sofa and there was no available seating except the dining room chairs. Otherwise perfection.
