We absolutely loved our stay at Sandcastles. My family arrived late on our check-in date, however, Keith was awaiting our arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. We did need to use the fold out couch listed on the booking, but when we arrived, the couch had been replaced with a small futon that would not hold an adult. Keith immediately solved the issue with several options. We ended up moving directly upstairs to his other unit that was perfect and had the fold out couch. Both units were immaculately clean, fully stocked and perfect for our family. Keith was a great communicator and took care of any concerns we had during the stay. The unit was fully furnished with all kitchen supplies, extra pillows and sheets, and a full closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. I would highly recommend this unit, and Keith was one of the most responsive and attentive hosts I have ever had. The location in Cocoa Beach and the views from the balcony we icing on the cake!

We are still here at Sandcastles enjoying our stay as we were fortunate to secure another week after a cancellation. Everything you need is here in a place that feels like home soon after you arrive. Nothing can top the view from the deck. Jill the owner and Keith were great to work with. 5 Stars all around!

Beautiful views in a nice and quiet community. The condo is beautifully decorated with many amenities. I loved that there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had various supplies, along with a pantry well stocked with many seasonings. The balcony view was great! It was fun to watch the pelicans , surfers and ships. We were able to see the Artemis launch as well as a satellite rocket launch right from the balcony. The beach closet had many useful items for the beach. The pool was a decent size with warm water. The grandkids had a lot of fun in the pool and looking for shells on the beach. They even used the boogie boards from the closet and learned to body surf the smaller waves. Keith was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall awesome trip!

Great Spot

Perfect location, spacious and clean! We loved this condo, the kitchen made it easy to cook meals for my family while away from home. Easy walk to the beach for everyone and we got to see a few launches while we were here!
