Everything was just as described. The beach was just steps away and a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool did have strict rules, just to keep in mind if you have kids. No floaties, balls, toys. The house was STOCKED! Abundance of bathroom towels as well as beach towels. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, I think a couple of umbrellas. The Margaritaville drink maker was fun to use! They also had plenty of paper towels, dish tablets, toilet paper, etc- at least for our group, which was only 5 of us. Would definitely stay again! Keith was super friendly.

A Perfect Vacation Home and Location!

We had an amazing week in this beautiful condo! The condo is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a wonderful view of the ocean. A lot of seating in the front room and on the deck for the family! We even saw a rocket launch one night. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for the week, and grateful for the beach umbrella, chairs, and beach towels! The beach was clean and not crowded, and my grandsons rented surfboards and had tons of fun! Keith is an outstanding host, and we’re already looking forward to going back again!

Great Condo!

Our condo was exactly as pictured! Keith was amazing to work with! This was our second time coming to Cocoa Bach and using these condos. I will definitely be staying here again in this condo when coming to Cocoa Beach!

Great stay in Cocoa Beach!

The condo was beautiful, just as described and very spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Watching the sunrise, morning yoga on the balcony was an amazing way to start the day. The beach was never crowded, so many beach items in the hall closet for beach play for the family. Keith called to make sure we checked in ok and let me know when the condo was ready for us which was so nice. Though we never needed anything during our stay I knew he would be very responsive if needed since he was so proactive. Would absolutely stay again.

Great condo in Cocoa Beach

We have been going to Cocoa Beach for several years and invited friends to join us. As our group has grown, we have needed a larger condo. This is the 2nd year we have used this 3 BR unit. It is a very beautiful unit with nice furniture and decorations. Direct view of the ocean with large, wrap-around balcony. We have watched launches from the balcony. Perfect for a family, a group of friends or couples. Always clean and comfortable. Owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Wonderful week

Our weeklong stay was wonderful. Very close to anything you would need. We even got to see 2 rockets launch from the beach while there. The furniture was very comfortable and the living area nice and large. The bedrooms are on the small size for the beds but the kids barely spent any time in them anyways. We would recommend.

Wonderful Condo/Hurricane Milton

The condo was perfect for our family of 7. We arrived on Saturday & found out that evening while shopping for groceries that Hurricane Milton was on his way. The host/owner, Keith, kept in constant touch with us. Due to conflicting weather reports, we decided to leave the condo late Tuesday afternoon. Keith informed us the hurricane shutters would be installed & all of the deck furniture would be brought into the living area. We realized that we could not stay there closed up if the electricity went out (which Keith told us it did). We plan on returning & will definitely stay in this condo. Location, view, cleanliness were great. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice condo with direct view of the ocean. Everything was in great shape. Nice furniture on the balcony. Owner checked in to make sure we got in and everything was good. Would definitely rent this unit again. We love Sandcastles and have rented several units there. This is one of the best 3 bedrooms.

Absolutely Great Stay

The condo, 411, is extremely well maintained, stocked with anything you need, and decorated very tastefully. There was some outside painting being done and while it didn't bother us, Keith was extremely attentive asking if we needed anything to make it easier. Everything about this property is high class. The whole family really enjoyed the stay and hope to return!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Located in Sand Castles, this condo is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family time. The view from the living space is very expansive and elevated by the wall of mirrors, giving the feel of a 360 degrees beach view. And the Florida decore throughout the unit only adds to the relaxed vacation vibe. You have no choice but to relax and lean into that chill feel! It is located in an area that is quiet because it is not so close to the pier, but definitely not so quiet as to feel deserted. There was even a lifeguard on duty while we were there. We enjoyed swimming and using the beach gear provided by our generous host. The unit is well appointed with everything we needed, and there are grocery stores close by. In addition, the restaurants in the area have wonderful fresh seafood. The location of this unit provides easy access to the major attractions, and we even watched a rocket launch from our balcony! We definitely recommend staying here and are already planning our return visit!

Great place and owner

The condo is very nice and was plenty of room for myself, my wife and our three kids (ages 17-23). It is fully stocked with everything you might need so you really don't need to bring much of anything. Great view of the ocean, and you are close to many things to do in and around Cocoa Beach. Keith (the owner) was very helpful. When we rented the place, he had warned us up front there was work being done at Sandcastles this summer, and there was a chance they would be replacing the window in one of the bedrooms. The workers didn't give him much notice as to what they were doing, and when, and unfortunately our balcony was being worked on the whole time we were there. It got really loud in the condo, so after a couple of days Keith was able to help us switch to a different condo where work had already been done. He didn't have to do it, but he credited us for the nights we didn't use the condo so we could rent from someone he knew, which was really appreciated. Through it all he was always in contact. Whether it was the weeks leading up to our stay or during our visit - he was quick to answer any questions we needed and helping where he could. I can not recommend this condo and working with Keith enough. If we come back to Cocoa Beach, I will for sure be reaching out to him.

You will fall in love with this condo and the view, it is on the 4th floor and it is not to high and not to low it is just perfect for a great view of the beach and the ocean. Plus we have a awesome Margaritaville margarita machine to make your favorite frozen drinks. All of our beds are very comfortable.
