Great location / food choices

Good spot if you’d like to checkout multiple places in the area such as the hotel zone (kinda lame/ sucks), Isla Muejeres, & Playa (the best out of the 3 by A LOT). Great price compared to others that are much older and trying to get $500 a night. Would stay again but will probably end up somewhere around Playa/ Tulúm area next time. Hosts made everything easy here.

Best time ever!

This place was so nice and relaxing! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so spacious and modern. I didn’t want to return home! Everything you need is right there. You are in the middle of everything. You will love it! The hosts are the best as well!

Nothing Short Of AMAZING!!!!!

From the car service, to the house keeper, to the security guards. Not to mention the People in the complex that you meet. The near by stores and restaurants!!!! Thank you sooo much for making my daughters 16th birthday one to remember.

Wanted to love this place

I will start with the pros. The location is unbeatable! So many shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment at one time was fantastic and full luxury. The type of place that you would dream of staying.The cons: The place was not as clean as it should be found lots of webs, hair and dust clumps behind doors. The floor needs a massive acid wash clean as the tile is miscolored due to the dirt. The microwave did not work and I was working from home during the day and could not reheat my food easily. The bed in the master was the hardest thing I have ever slept on in my entire life. It was so hard that I kept dreaming that I was sleeping on a park bench. They really could restore that bed by adding a 3 inch foam mattress topper which could help to make it bearable. The parking situation was difficult in order to leave as they do not give you the gate access pass like most places and require you to drive up to the gate get out of the car and push a button which is located in the top corner on the opposite side for the gate to open. Very frustrating if you leave a couple times a day.

Place was nice but owner accused me of stealing towels that were not even there in the first place.

Then he tried to charge me 113usd for the towels that were never there and i had to spend an hour on the phone to sort it out.

False Advertising & No Support From Management

-I visited a different unit this building 3 years ago, so the poor treatment I experienced this time has a factual reference. -An important new rule that the garage ramp cannot be used as a pedestrian entrance or exit was sent to me by text, last minute. Upon landing, after taking my phone off airplane mode many messages loaded on my phone all at once and I never saw this message until my last day there. Considering there is a $100+ fine for this, I think I could have been more effectively alerted, rather than having a highly unprofessional security guard shout at me in Spanish as I, a 60 year old woman, rolled my luggage up the only ramp access available. -The tennis court was padlocked. I went to the security desk to book a time & have the court unlocked. I was told by the security guard (the same one who would shout me down on my last day, as I rolled my luggage out of the building) that because I was a guest I could not use the tennis court or the paddle ball court. The unit is advertised offering access to both & has pictures of these courts. I didn’t fly 2,545 km to have ugly confrontations & so I did not tell the security guard that knew she was telling a lie because I had stayed in the same building as a Stayz guest before. I decided to wait & communicate with the Stayz concierge/property manager, Juan. I said would go swimming instead. I indicated my swimsuit under my tennis dress by showing my shoulder strap. So there was no misunderstanding. The guard told me I was not permitted in the pool. A lie. I have posted video of myself & a family friend in the same pool 3 years ago. & I went to my 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom suit & I messaged Juan who said it must be a mistake & I didn’t schedule a time, so I should book a time. It was not about scheduling. I asked Juan to take care of it. I did not want to be humiliated by that guard’s obvious prejudice, and willingness to lie to me. -Juan indicated that he had followed up & against my wishes, he convinced me to return to the security desk to book the tennis court. I was told again that I could not book the courts because I was a Stayz guest, & only residents can use these facilities. They said I can use the pool this time, but no jacuzzi. I made a video of the guard saying this & I asked the guard to write it down so I have their note. I was so humiliated I would not go to the pool. I bought new tennis equipment for this trip! Juan’s manager, Ricardo B has not returned my call since Dec 12

Super große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist super groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist perfekt für gemütliche Abende und der Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Fußläufig sind auch ein paar nette Restaurant erreichbar sowie ein großer Supermarkt zum Einkaufen.

What a great experience!

The property was amazing. I have only one regret...that we only needed to stay one night. It would be the perfect place for a long-term stay. Even a week! Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for everything.
