This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a lovely bathroom with a bathtub, and additional living spaces with a twin bed and a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, kayaks, 1 paddle boat, fishing poles, cooking grill, with patio, fire pit, roku TV, and a washing machine during their stay. Precious little place. Beautiful sunset and view of the lake from the back patio. The home was well stocked and clean. Easy to locate, a quiet area and easy to get around the area. Definitely will stay again. In fact, booked again in 2 weeks. I give it a 10/10.

As soon as we walked in we smelled that fresh Gain scent that I love. The cabin was very clean and the host provided everything needed for guests. I only wish that the paddleboat would’ve been removed from the description. Due to low water levels the boat had been stored away. While I understand why I was still very disappointed. Maybe we will try to come again when water levels rise.

I rented this place specifically for the lake view and access. We were only there 1 night, but we enjoyed our time there very much - even just sitting out on the dock for hours. It’s was the 4th of July so we got to see a ton of fireworks all around the lake. The place had everything we needed and the host was easy to communicate with and very nice. The backyard was gorgeous.

We had a great time and enjoyed a visit to Petit Jean State Park. I also caught a 6 lbs Largemouth Bass from the dock.

We had the perfect weekend there. Such a cozy home and very clean. We had everything we needed only had to bring personal belongings. We will be back!!

Such a great stay! The views are incredible and sunsets were beautiful! This was a great place to unwind, slow down and take in nature. We had fun kayaking, bbqing and just relaxing on the dock. The dock is a great place for morning coffee and there are other places to sit to enjoy the view. Our dogs loved it! The front of the property is gated so you have a little peace of mind. The back is open and the neighbors dogs, a goose family and rabbit all paid a visit.The home was very clean and the host was very nice and very responsive!My only recommendation would be to bring some games for rainy days but other than that we loved it and would rent it again!Thanks Tim!

Very accommodating host. He was easy to communicate with. The home was well stocked, clean and very cozy. It was too windy for us to use the fire pit and we only stayed one night but plan on coming back. It was fun to get out on the kayaks, our son had the best time. I couldn't have been more happy with our last minute trip.

From someone born and bred in Arkansas, here's my review. You couldn't ask for more out of the owner. A stand up fellow who had it stocked last minute for me and my girlfriend for Father's day: new rods, tackle, fresh worms, kayaks, paddle boat, fire wood, to name a few!Clean, pest free, beautiful scenery, plenty of space indoor and out, great fishing dock, boat house, launch ramp; you name it , you got it. Perfectly sized TV, high speed internet, in-house washer/dryer, great water pressure all around, central HVAC with ceiling fans and a built in window unit to boot!I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am looking forward to Autumn out there!

Great location but not accurate listing

We loved Perryville, having a dock, and access to the lake! Unfortunately, I feel like this listing was inaccurate, which affected our stay. First of all, it is NOT a 1 bedroom. It is a studio house. There are no walls separating the "bedroom" from the living room and halls. So if you were planning on staying awake after your kids go to sleep, not gonna happen here. I had to message the host to receive instructions for how to enter the house, which was a minor inconvenience, but he responded quickly. In addition, this property is a 2 level house but you only have access to about half of it. I dont know if there was another tenant but it felt weird to see this other half of the house that isn't a duplex. There was also a door that could enter the bathroom from the garage. So theoretically, I could be showering or using the toilet and someone could enter. Made me feel uneasy upon checking in. It also wasn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the listing that the other half of the house is not accessible. A simple sentence such as, "the other half of the house is used for storage/has a tenant, etc" would have been very helpful and put my mind at ease. So this is a STUDIO house that is a partial unit/unzoned duplex. We only stayed for one night but this would have been an issue if we had stayed for longer. AC was cold and yard/outside areas looked great! Also, there should probably be a trash can in the bathroom for ladies. Lots of supplies, like toothpaste, plates, etc, which was great.

I’m sorry that you felt that the listing was inaccurate, we will be making a few changes to accommodate that. The garage and bedroom that is inaccessible is for storage and will have no other occupants at any time while reserved, it is for family use only while doing maintenance. If the tenant has any doubt on the garage or bedroom area, please email me for a quick tour. Also, we will be adding a few amenities. This was our second stay here. The house was immaculate, but the most impressive thing about the stay here is the lake, accessibility to having kayaks and enjoying that gorgeous lakeview and Incredible sunsets! The hosts are very communicative, friendly and accommodating!The house is fairly well appointed, but I would recommend bringing some games if you don’t want to watch TV.

Adorable! Super clean, beautiful lake front view with gardens. Very quiet and peaceful. There are black out drapes that keep it very pleasant inside and big picture windows overlooking the lake.

What a peaceful get away. I could not have asked for a better stay. We had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. Tim was was fantastic and easy to reach.
