SORRY, BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. When sending a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** With your booking request, you must submit the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!

We had the most amazing time at Bluff Point Cottage.The pictures don't do justice to the incredible view and awesome grandeur of this place. We didn't want to leave even to go out to dinner, although we did one evening. Mather Lodge and Petit Jean Park are just minutes away and offer all sorts of various hiking trails and waterfalls. We can't wait to return. If you are looking for a great place to get away for a long weekend or an extended period this is the place to come. Fonda & Brandon are great Hosts.

The perfect Mountain top escape. This cottage is perched right on the edge of the mountain. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio and hot tub was breathtaking. The location was perfect for us, seclusion and convenience. You are tucked away in peaceful, natural surroundings yet only minutes away from the State Park hiking and bike trails. Inside was beautifully maintained with all modern touches. Everything was spotless. We can't wait to return!

Amazing views, wonderful accommodations! As soon as you drive up and set foot on this beautiful place you know without a doubt you made the right choice! Fonda and Brandon make you feel like you own this property for your time there! So peaceful and quiet and the views will take your breath away! Don’t worry over the weather conditions! We had a few rain storms come and go, rain was so calming watching from the deck, the lighting storm at night was a beauty to behold!

Absolutely perfect !

I can not say enough about the effort and attention to detail that the hosts put into this place. Felt like we were the first people to ever stay in this home. Stayed here on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. I was floored by the thought and effort that was obviously put into every detail of this place. Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a hassle free, stress free experience that is truly unforgettable.

A hidden gem

If you're thinking about booking this place, just do it! It was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous and spotless inside and out. The view is so serene, and the versatility of all of the outdoor spaces is seriously perfection. We used the hot tub and fire pit every night we stayed. We explored and hiked several trails in Petit Jean State Park. There's an adorable coffee shop right down the street and a local convenience store at the end of the drive. We also ate at the State Park's lodge, which was fun and had great views. Everything you need for a fun getaway is right there! It was seriously one of my favorite trips, to date (and we've been to lots of places). We will be back!

Beautiful views. Lovely home. Outstanding ourspace.

We enjoyed being outside at this property so much. The back deck offers so much comfort and the views were great! The hot tub and firepit were very nice, with great views from there as well. We loved the whole property and will go back again.

Fantastic

Absolutely top notch rental. The house is lovely, and well set up for 2 couples since the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by the living area. The house is comfortably furnished, very clean, everything works great and it is well supplied. The deck area is impressive and the views are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owners is easy and they made us feel very welcome while still giving us our privacy. The area offers wonderful hiking and several state parks are nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely return to this rental if we find ourselves in the area again.

Dreamy vacation home

We loved this vacation home. My husband, my adult son, my son's girlfriend and I stayed for three nights while we attended a family wedding at Petit Jean State Park. We especially appreciated the homes privacy, the panoramic views, the hot tub and the owner's attention to detail. It was beautiful. Fonda and Brandon were lovely hosts, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Bravo!

Perfect stay at the most perfect place in Petit Jean

You will not regret your stay here! The location is a perfect, private getaway in a luxurious cabin with breathtaking views. The owners are so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was peaceful and easy. They have truly thought of everything when it comes to amenities, necessities, and comfort. I am so thankful that we were able to stay here and we definitely want to return soon.

Perfection

Perfection is the best way to describe this place! The pictures for this listing are beautiful and then we got there and this property is even better! Fonda and Brandon are the most gracious hostess and host we have ever experienced. The location of the property is stunning! The amenities are abundant! The house was incredibly clean and decor modern and sleek. We spent a couple days hiking and it was nice to come back and enjoy the sunset in the hot tub. This place is a perfect for rest and relaxation… we will be back!

Fonda and Brandon were the ultimate hosts. The ultimate picture of hospitality! There was not one thing that we found lacking or would change! Far Exceeds - 5 Star and more!!!

The absolute best short-term rental experience I've ever had and the competition isn't even close! From our wonderful host Fonda to the property itself, our stay was perfect!! I felt like we were given the 5 star hotel concierge treatment as our host met us for check-in to give us a brief run down of the many amenities and ensured us that if we needed anything at all during our stay, they would gladly take care of it for us. As good as the pictures look on this listing, the actual views are even better!! No expense was spared on the landscaping, decorating or furniture in this beautiful, nearly brand new built home. The property is within a mile of Petit Jean state park, which made for a perfect location for our daily outdoor adventures. Relaxing in the hot tub for sunsets or watching unobstructed sunrises made for everlasting memories. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.....Already looking at the calendar to plan our next stay!!

Beautiful location, private setting, quiet and well managed. Enjoyed a great view as well as the many attractions Petit Jean Mountain and surrounding areas have to offer! We experienced a vacation that will be remembered for years to come and will be headed back soon!
