Early risers only! Stay at the cool Coffeehouse rental room on Petit Jean Mountain. Single, King Size room with beautiful bathroom. Private entrance. Beauty of Petit Jean Mountain and the smell of delicious coffee. Although the walls are double insulated, baking begins at 6:30 a.m. and shop opens at 7 a.m. If you are not an early riser, this probably is not for you. SHARED SPACE: No animals due to open certified kitchen. Note: Coffeehouse is closed on Monday/Tuesdays. Breakfast not included.

Amazing stay

My wife and I had an amazing time. The room was very clean and well maintained. The nearby trails and lookout points are gorgeous! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend the Petit Jean Coffee house.

Very comfortable and very clean! Bonus you step next door for coffee shop and breakfast. Stephanie was super sweet and super quick to address anything! Thank you we will be back!

Clean!

The exterior and interior were immaculate. The decor and layout were simple, attractive, and comfortable. Plus, there is an excellent coffee shop a few feet away. As the host has expressed, the shops business is audible fairly early in the morning, but I slept in plenty late regardless. I would stay here again!

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay! The location was less than 1/2 a mile from the campgrounds where our friends were staying, the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, and it was such a perk to be right next door to a delicious coffee shop! Stephanie was very responsive, always asked if we needed anything each time we saw her in the coffee shop. 😊

Comfy stay

The king sized bed was so comfy! The whole space was impeccably cute, tidy & clean. We found board games inside the bench which came in handy during a rainy day. The Coffee House is conveniently located near a convenience store & the entrance to the State Park.

Lovely Stay!

Everything was just perfect for the 2 of us! And having the coffee shop next door was so convenient. Such a cute little spot right by Petit Jean. As other reviews mentioned, while you could slightly hear noises next door in the morning, it wasn't enough to wake us or be a bother.

Perfection

From pre-booking to post checkout- Stephanie was great! Easy communication, great location, and super clean! As for the noise/early risers warning- we experienced zero (we stayed in January). Having coffee and breakfast next door was the best part! We were sad they were closed Monday morning!

Perfect for a couple getaway❤️

This was our second stay here and we couldn’t be more pleased. Location is ideal for a weekend of hiking. The coffee shop adjoined is perfect for early risers. The staff are all very friendly and the coffee/food outstanding. The room very comfy with all you may need. Book it, you won’t be disappointed. The owner Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and she has a heart of gold!

Great weekend getaway!

Very easy to access… close to Petit Jean State Park campground where we had several friends staying. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Had all of the linens we needed for the weekend - and they were nice linens! It is just a bedroom and bathroom but very spacious and perfect for a couple. Decorated very nicely - simple but appealing. The owner was VERY friendly. The coffee shop next door did not bother us at all. Although I don’t drink/like coffee, the smell was AMAZING! Highly recommend selecting this spot if you’re looking for something close to Petit Jean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay.

This place is perfect. Big comfy king size bed with everything you could need. Stephanie is Awesome and the coffeehouse next door is great also.. You will have to have a coffee and a scone before you can leave.

Better than expected! Cute decor with small refrigerator and comfy king size bed. Perfect for early morning hikes, close to beautiful trails. We visited the local lodge for primary meals and just next door, the Coffeehouse had great coffee, scones, cookies, sandwiches, and t-shirts. Planning a return trip next year!

Wonderful!

How bad can it really be when you wake up next to a coffee shop that serves scones too? We will definitely be staying here again. The hostess (Stephanie) was great! She was very attentive and helpful. She also works in the coffeehouse which makes it very convenient if anything is needed. The location is perfectly located close to everything.....the trails, the park, the lodge......but not so close that you lose the secluded feeling. I know the description says that the location is recommended to early risers due to some morning noises coming from the coffeehouse but my wife and I had white noise machines (which we use at home too) and we never heard anything until we turned them off. The noise is fairly muted by the walls and what is heard at times is generally just good hearted laughter. I highly recommend staying at the Petit Jean Coffeehouse.

PetitJean Coffeehouse -A Great Stay

The property was perfect for our quick stay at the Park. It was close to the trails and the main park lodge for meals. Stephanie is a great host and was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean and inviting. The Coffeehouse had great coffee and sandwiches. We will definitely return.
