We’re just 17 miles to south gates of Yosemite, 5 minute drive to Willow Creek Falls, or the Pines Resort with market, a 5 minute walk down to the Marina dock B for a dip, or kayak in our double kayak around the cove! So many things to do here. Bring mountain or road bikes for a 10 mile pedal around the gorgeous lake, rent a jet ski at one of 3 Marinas on the lake, or take in the local adventures or just R E L A X.

This Romantic Cal King bedroom suite, is equipped with a mini kitchenette to have morning cappaciano, coffee creamers, tea and decaf, sugars are provided, including a toaster and an apartment size refrigerator! No cooking inside home. No microwave. Rice Cooker can be used to make rice or warm up food. Food and trash only go in provided containers and-are left behind tied up, INSIDE Kitchenette! We dispose of trash and recyclables, even organic foods leftover for composting.

AC - WiFi, included. Use of upper deck BBQ must have pre approval for use, as owners may be using it upstairs.

Excessive noise can be reported to Sherrif by neighbors. Please respect quiet hours on outside decks or down on docks as noise travels. 8:00am to 9 pm.

Unwind, watch nature, bird feeder, hammocks and sitting chairs. Snip a bit from our organic garden if needed or just water plants for us! Street parking is available for free, unless no one is using upstairs, then you can use the driveway,

Permission to use our Boat Slip and Dock space, during your stay, ONLY IF it is available for a small extra fee per night. Inquire.

Any amount of registered guests, over the amount booked, will be removed at the responsible signers expense, fineable by the Madera County new Laws 2025 and you will not be able to book again.

Somewhat Steep entrance. Not suitable for physically disabled or small crawling baby / toddler, as decks are high.

Sleeps up to 4 guests. MAX. Private bathroom and Vanity with plenty of space for clothes!

Only 1 NON shed small dog under 25 lbs, is allowed fully potty trained, and not a continual barker. $75 Fee per Stay.

Cannot leave pet inside all day, must take him/her on
your adventures.
