The deck off the living areas has rocking chairs and a bar-height table with four chairs for your morning coffee and breakfast. Other outdoor seating includes lounge chairs, a fire pit, screened-in porch seating, and two tiki huts with seating and loungers. A nice hammock awaits you in the sandy backyard, too.

This level has a game/TV room with a sofa and cushioned bench with a 50” TV one bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bath, plus a hall half bath.
Top Floor offers a private Master Suite with a bath on suite, a desk, and TV, balcony and laundry area. 2 bedrooms with a queen and the other with 2 twins. plus a room with a single twin and a hall bath.  Four bedrooms for a well-appointed spacious sleeping arrangements for the whole family.
