Belle maison entièrement rénovée, seulement 4 maisons forment l'océan ouvert sur le côté atlantique de Marathon. Cette maison confortable comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle et un salon et une cuisine de style plan ouvert et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Deux des chambres sont des MASTER SUITES avec salle de bain privée et lit king size. Le rooom des enfants dispose de 2 lits superposés pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 enfants. Dehors, il y a une belle cabane tiki pour se détendre, faire un barbecue ou pour cuisiner vos prises fraîches tout en regardant l'océan Atlantique. Il y a aussi environ 80 pieds d'espace de quai pour garer votre bateau et une station de nettoyage de poisson pratique avec t-top propre et préparer vos prises fraîches. La maison est dans une rue très calme avec beaucoup de stationnement pour jusqu'à 5 voitures ou plus.

Great spot in the Keys!

This house fit our group perfectly and had a great location on the canal! We saw manatees, pelicans and heron every day! Easy to dock the boat and head out for adventures on the beautiful blue water!! Thank you

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time! This house was in the perfect location with tons of parking and dock space. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. The master bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our guests in the King room complained that the bed was too firm and the larger bed in the bunk room was “squeaky” causing the rest of the room to wake up. We also wished for door/bath mats, but overall everything was up to expectation. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

The property is amazing. Easy access to the Humps for fishing. Perfect location to get to vaca cut or down by 7 mile bridge. Are 27 contender and 24 pathfinder fit perfect at the dock.

Great location to shops, restaurants and stores as well as anywhere in the water you want to go!

We came down to celebrate my FIL 80th birthday and had an amazing time!! From the time I booked through the end of our stay the host has been responsive and helpful!!! Great location! Great amenities! Plenty of room inside house and outside!! There wasn’t one thing that we said “we wish we had”! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Fabulous family vacation to celebrate Mom's 70th birthday

What an amazing rental experience we had from start to finish! The house was everything we were looking for and exactly as promised in the pictures and descriptions. The check-in process was easy, and upon arrival the house was very clean and in perfect order. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra bath and beach towels for our whole family. We were in awe of the location! The view to the ocean was breathtaking, and the daily manatee visits right up to the ladder were a highlight of the trip. The kids loved fishing in the canal every day, and we all took advantage of the kayaks and bikes. We walked to some nearby restaurants and bars, and we loved Marathon for the central location in between Key West and Key Largo. The Diaz family was very responsive to messages and were so kind and helpful to work with throughout the booking process and during our stay. It is obvious the care and pride they take in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. We would recommend this home to anyone and hope to book a return trip someday! Thank you Diaz Family!!

Great house and location!

This was a great house and location if you want to use your boat to go fishing or to Sombrero Reef. The only reason this house does not get 5 stars is because there are a lot of things that could use some maintenance or be replaced. Normal wear and tear things like the grill was dirty, the speakers were staticky, a pool chair was broken. Nothing major but it would have been nicer if it all looked new like it does in the pictures. Other than that it was great, it was clean and there were a lot of toys to keep the kid(s) busy. The host also had great communication, which was very nice.

Beautiful property sleeps plenty! Had an amazing time in the house!! Didn’t really have any problems! Would definitely recommend bring extra towels if you have a full house there is not enough towels!! All Paper towels and toilet paper and laundry detergent not included!!!

The home is in the perfect location for fishing & dining. Short boat ride to the Sombrero Lighthouse. The backyard is perfect to come home to and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to cook. Plenty of room for the entire family.

Loved the house and property. My nephew left his computer in one of the bunk beds. The owners were prompt in contacting the cleaning services and getting it returned to us. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Spacious and Comfortable Retreat

This home is spacious and comfortable with a well supplied kitchen and linen closet. Plenty of sea wall out back to dock boats & parking out front for boat trailers and vehicles. We Loved the Tiki Hut with fish cleaning station, grill, and refreshing outdoor shower! Thank you Esney and Isabella for your attentiveness and kindness. We would stay again.

The home was clean and as advertised in the photos. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner communicated well and made check in/out easy. There was also communication ahead of hurricane Elsa. I loved the large amount of dock space. I docked a 20 and 27 foot boat with room to spare. The canal was 12 feet deep which made docking easy. The channel heading out to the Atlantic is extremely narrow and shallow though. I would definitely stay here again.

Host go above and beyond expectations. House has everything thing needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing out side accommodation prefect for relaxing after catching a cooler of fish. Convenient to great dining. Manatees make the prefect backyard pets. Can’t wait to visit again!!! would recommend this home most definitely!!

Best trip ever

We spend a lot of time in the “back yard”. We fished, played cards, swam in the channel, met some manatees, laid in the sun (or shade) in lounge chairs, drank early morning coffee and afternoon/evening beers! The beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers and beach. Less than a 0.5 mile walk to super cute shops and ice cream. Close to a grocery store and liquor store. Lots of restaurant choices. Having a washer/dryer/dishwasher on site was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Away

The property was as described. The front room area is very nice for all of us. I don’t think unless you have a boat I would stay here again just because it doesn’t have a pool. Even with our boat and having older Kids with us I think they would have really enjoyed having a pool. The couple we were with said their TV in the back master worked on and off and the toilet seat was an issue. It was also disappointing the premium channels like HBO weren’t available. These are all small things and we had a very good time otherwise.
