Villa 2 - Suite 202 - (étage principal)
1 chambre, 1 salle de bain, 3 couchages + option pour 1 plus.
Un appartement de 1 chambre très spacieux avec salon / salle à manger ouvert, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bains et une chambre très spacieuse avec une queen et un lit jumeau. Les ventilateurs de palette sont placés à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour un confort supplémentaire. Cet appartement dispose de promenades pratiques du salon et de la chambre à coucher à travers des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent directement à un petit patio privé - pour manger en plein air - et à la grande piscine, terrasses au soleil, jardins tropicaux et gazebo ombragé. Nous pouvons également mettre un lit double supplémentaire dans un salon.
- Si plus d'espace est nécessaire, une suite adjacente (Suite 203 & 204) - au deuxième étage de cette villa peut également être louée séparément. HomeAway liste 4568386 & 4568387.
Les prix sont basés sur une occupation de 2 personnes par chambre. Des lits supplémentaires peuvent être organisés avec Management. Un service de climatisation et de blanchisserie en option sont également disponibles.
Les logements comportent de hauts plafonds revêtus de riches bois tropicaux, complétés par l'art régional et la céramique partout. Les murs de verres et les terrasses enveloppantes permettent une vue imprenable sur l'océan, les collines et les vallées environnantes, vous unissant à la nature à votre porte. Beaucoup de variétés d'oiseaux et d'animaux, y compris les colibris, les perroquets, les papillons, les iguanes, les singes, les mapaches, même les ocelots et autres chats sauvages, coatimundi, armadillons et ossements végétaux habitent les collines et les vallées environnantes de notre réserve privée.
À quelques minutes de votre Villa, vous trouverez des supermarchés, des magasins, des hôtels, des discothèques, 4 terrains de golf de classe mondiale, des casinos et des restaurants pour satisfaire le palais le plus exigeant. Un barbecue sur place est disponible pour les grillers. (Apportez à la maison vos prises, steaks, crevettes, etc. et partagez-vous avec vos amis et votre famille!).
Les activités d'aventure sur terre et sur mer sont facilement accessibles. La plongée avec tuba, le surf, la plage, l'observation des oiseaux, la voile, la pêche (à terre et au large) - peuvent facilement être organisées. Les activités terrestres comprennent plusieurs tyroliennes, l'équitation, des aventures en VTT, la randonnée sur un volcan, des bains de boue et des sources thermales, le vélo, le rafting, l'exploration de chutes d'eau et bien plus encore, peut être facilement organisé pour vous. Nous sommes toujours là pour votre confort et votre commodité.

Mountain top oasis

The grounds and views at Villa Casa Loma are beautiful. The views of sunsets and private location are perfect for someone wanting to relax and get away from everything. Igor and Tom were the perfect hosts. Guests should consider having a rental car due to steep driveway and location at the top of the hill.

Our 2 large, tropical, warm pools are always very welcoming and so are our tropical gardens...Our guests also like our vicinity to the beaches, shopping, and many excellent restaurants in our area. A sweet spot

Our family loved this place. The trek up the hill was unexpected - a bit hard to find (in the dark). There are zero lights anywhere. But once we settled in... We appreciated and enjoyed the privacy and personality. It was quiet from the night action in town in the evening, but we never felt that we were too noisy with our kiddos playing for immediate neighbors. You need a car... the walkable distances noted are not safe to walk. The pictures of the rooms are accurate - a bit dated, but who cares... the overall impression is understated; beautiful property and a genuine welcome feeling. It was a first stop of many for us and one of my overall faves.

Fabulous location

Contact prior to our arrival was excellent. Plenty of information and accurate directions from Liberia airport. Igor and Tom are very welcoming. They were helpful with local restaurant and tour guide recommendations and exceptionally helpful when our car went slightly off-road! Apartment 202 was spacious and well equipped. Great access straight into the beautiful gardens and pool area. I think the best views are to be had from the upstairs apartment in villa 2 and from the top apartment in villa 1. The views of the bay and the evening sunsets are spectacular. Plenty of lovely restaurants and beach bars within a short drive. A car is essential. Remember to pack your own pool/beach towels. The pool for villa 1/2 is wonderful and was very quiet whilst we were there. Plenty of sun loungers and shade available. We had a wonderful relaxing time and look forward to visiting Costa Rica again.

Although the vistas from a couple of our other apartments are perhaps even more enticing, your Suite was located adjacent to one of our large swimming pools with spacious sunning terraces, surrounded by tropical gardens, offering sparkling views of the nearby hills and gentle Paacific ocean. Sunset is a special time here at Villas Casa Loma where we try to encourage an open appreciation of the natural wonders that surround us here! As you discovered, a wide variety of excellent restaurants abound in the area...many of them situated either on or near the spectacular beaches ...At Villas Caa Loma, you are never far from a mouth-watering culinary experience! We are always delighted to help with planning day tours designed for individual hedonistic experiences... Fishing, sailing, surfing, golfing, standup paddle, mountain biking, horseback riding, river cruises, hot springs and volcano visits are but a few of the exciting possibilities just minutes from our property. Knock yourself out, or curl up under a palm with a good book.The real joy is that you can do it all - or nothing at all ... The choice is always yours! Again, thank you for your visit. Hilltop Hideaway with spectacular views

Villa Casa Loma was everything we were looking for in a two week vacation - our accommodations were secure, spacious, quiet and clean with a kitchen for meal prep and bartop for eating (although we ate most meals just outside at the convenient patio just off our bedroom) A comfortable living room area with a tv was a great way to wind down the day and relax. Bedroom was spacious with patio doors that open on to pool area. The grounds of Casa Loma are lush and green and are meticulously maintained - the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way. The pool was one of our favourite elements where we could cool off for a swim or sun ourselves...there’s plenty of shade under palm trees and pergola - the pool also is a social gathering where you can meet people from all over and have an adult beverage. Tom and Igor were gracious hosts helping us out with any questions and provided options for interesting activities - there’s also WIFI if we needed to research or stay in touch with the rest of the world. We are an active mid 40’s couple and would do our morning runs before the heat came so around 7:30 am we would run into town and back - each time we saw a family spider monkeys just at the entrance of the property, very cool. We also walked to the beach each day, the roads are not very “pedestrian friendly” so it’s probably not recommended for everyone but about a 20 minute walk to Playa Flamingo - a most excellent beach that was never crowded with waves to play in. The end of each day brought some of the most incredible sunsets we had ever seen, we settled into a comfortable pattern of pouring a glass of wine and watching the sun set from a different vantage point each evening - all spectacular. Thanks Tom and Igor for a fantastic stay and a memorable vacation.

Early morning jogs on the beach... Days filled with all manner of activities... Balmy evenings around one of the pools... All the basic needs of home - with a tropical twist... The perfect way to "cool your jets" ... Welcome to our little corner of Paradise! We were so happy to read that you found things to your liking. We are only sorry that we did not have more time to visit and get to know you both better... However, from your review, it seems like you made the most of your time here. Our staff is always trying to improve the environment here - pruning, clipping, cutting, planting ... Always something to do to make the place look even better! Your observations that the roads are not particularly "pedestrian friendly" was an eye-opener for us. (We probably just got used to the driving habits of the locals!) Best advice is to walk on the oncoming traffic side of the road or to walk on the beach where possible. A number of our guests have actually set out on 5 to 8 km walks around the area...A great way to get to know the area. ... On the other hand, many of our guests either take professional guided tours or endeavour to discover this magic country "under their own steam" in rental vehicles. So much to see. So much to discover- literally minutes from our little corner of Paradise! As you noted, sunsets are always a special time here. There are never two sunsets even remotely the sames - and we have lots of places to view them from in comfort. Having a camera available is highly recommended here. There is usually something to photograph - birds, wildlife, nature, people, landscapes, etc. - when traveling around this magical, gentle country ... COSTA RICA: NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS! Magical Ocean Views & More !!!

After many visits to Villas Casa Loma, I continue to love the location and the quiet comfort afforded by hosts Tom and Igor. The staff are always warm and helpful, too. ​ ​They make themselves available with insightful suggestions for great restaurants, ​ ​arranging sightseeing trips and generally adding that extra "spice" to my holiday ​ ​experiences! My recent visit - a 3 months stay - was a special reward to myself for ​ ​many years of hard work. I returned home rested and refreshed! The beauty of tropical vegetation there is often complimented by songs of various species of birds and wildlife. Each visit my accommodations have been comfortable, ​ ​private and secure. This property is conveniently located above the Pacific Ocean ​ ​on a hillside just moments from the nearest beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and ​shops. Spectacular views of the surrounding hills and Pacific Ocean! For those so inclined, Villas Casa Loma is close to a wealth of activities offered ​ ​in the area, yet removed enough to allow the secure and quiet ambience I was seeking. Two large tropical pools are yours for the choosing! Like the beaches of the area,​ ​each has its own unique character. A car is generally recommended. I look forward to returning for the soothing ambience and warm friendships.​ ​ ​ Highly recommended! I'll be back again next season. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ species of birds and wildlife. So nice to have you with us yet again, Keith! You seem to have found the perfect spot for your Seduko and sunning on your own private patio - close to one of the pools, too! It seemed to us like you had just arrived when you announced that you were having to go home after only 3 months... Time has a tendency to go by quickly when you are pursuing the things that you most enjoy! Since your departure, several new restaurants have opened in the area and new entertainment nights are being introduced. We seem to have a wealth of talented musician and singers here, which makes dining out a special experience here in our little corner of Paradise... Pura Vida!!!!

Where do I begin? Tom and Igor have built such an amazingly beautiful oasis! The attention to details was incredible. While the pictures are wonderful and accurate, they really don't do this place justice. The views are incredible. The location is perfect. Our vacation really couldn't have been more perfect! We traveled with our 2 adult children and their partners for 10 days. The three separate living quarters were ideal for privacy and alone time. Yet, there was more than enough room for group time! Tom and Igor are so wonderful! Helpful! Delightful! We can't wait to return! We are ready to move in permanently!!! See you again soon!

Our Second Visit with Tom and Igor!

This was our Second visit with Tom and Igor at Villas Casa Loma. Enjoyed breathtaking ocean views of Playa Flamingo from our lanai. Great accommodations with kitchen for making breakfast and coffee to watch the sun rise on the boats in the harbor. The sparkling pool was quiet and refreshing. We even watched the breathtaking sunsets while lazing in the pool. We so enjoyed the sounds of the jungle with numerous birds and a few howler monkeys. It is a short drive to several beaches and many excellent restaurants. Can't say enough of how helpful Tom and Igor were with tips of activities, restaurants and hidden beaches in the area. This year we had three in our group and last year we had eight. Great spaces for large and small groups. We just love our time there. You can be busy every day in town or in the jungle or just relax in this little piece of paradise. We will be back!

It is always a pleasure to receive return visits here in our little corner of Paradise - especially visits from folks such as yourselves who are interested and interesting ! For sure the views don't get much better and we are constantly striving to improve our immediate surroundings for the peaceful comfort of our guests... As you have discovered, there a lot of new and interesting things to see and do here, along with a multitude of fascinating restaurants, beaches and cultural activities - all within easy reach of our quiet compound...We look forward to seeing you all again here soon... Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After travelling extensively through many countries of the world, we came to Costa Rica for the first time 30 years ago and instantly fell in love with the nature, people, flora and fauna of this gentle country. More than 30 years ago (1989) we purchased a very large natural preserve nestled above the Pacific Ocean in a very sleepy, quiet community of Flamingo Beach in the Pacific North-Western province of Guanacaste. We never looked back - never regretted this decision. In fact, we started by building our first house. Then a guest house, followed by a pool. Before we knew it, we had designed and built a unique complex of beautiful Villas with a large pool - all built with the highest regard for their tropical surroundings and natural setting. From every window or terrace, one can appreciate the magic of Nature. It has been very rewarding personally for us to create this unique little corner of Paradise!
