We enjoyed the stay here very much. It felt like home. All the necessities were provided, like sheets, towels, bar soap, toilet paper, kitchen utensils and cookware, a large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There was a dishwasher, although we did not use it. There was fast wifi and a large TV. Just a note on the TV -use the Fire Stick app to get the stations on it. All the furniture was very comfortable. The bed probably needs a different mattress - it was very hard. The pool was nice, just a little cleaning of the leaves with the pool net and it was good. One downside on the pool while we were there, was the sweat bees that congregated in 2 corners. That kept us out of the pool most of the time.Getting to the house was a bit tricky. The map provided by VRBO took us beyond the road to the house. We stopped where the map took us and happened upon a fellow that knew where "Casa Dona" was and took us right there. He just happened to be the gardener to the place. If you are coming from Huacas, search for Big Mama's Kitchen on the map, then take the first left, at the guard house and gate. Past the gate, take the first left and go to the very end and you are there.Daniel who oversees the property was very helpful. One day we came back to the house and had no running water. One call to Daniel and he fixed the problem within an hour. Donna - the owner was very instrumental in giving us information on where to get information on excursions, beaches to visit, and restaurants to try.
