Un Studio extraordinairement spacieux et ensoleillé. Ressentez le mystère et la magie de votre environnement - suspendu dans la cime des arbres - au-dessus des palmiers majestueux et des arbres en fleurs.
Vos logements disposent de hauts plafonds recouverts de riches bois tropicaux, complétés par de l'art et de la céramique régionaux partout.

Appareils de cuisine de style américain, grand bar à petit déjeuner à aire ouverte, un salon spacieux ainsi qu'un grand coin couchage et dressing avec lit queen et grand placard. Un couloir avec des placards doubles des deux côtés mène à une spacieuse salle de bains 3 pièces. Cette suite entière est encapsulée dans des fenêtres massives! De larges débrayages sur les côtés de l'océan et de la vallée mènent à la terrasse enveloppante massive sur 3 côtés qui permet de superbes vues panoramiques sur l'océan, la marina de Flamingo, les collines et les vallées! Un site idéal pour manger, se prélasser, observer les baleines et généralement s'engager dans une réflexion tranquille. Les ventilateurs à aubes pour compléter les brises douces presque toujours sont placés à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour plus de confort.
Un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et profiter des images et des sons naturels. Très privé!
Si plus d'espace est requis, une suite adjacente - (Suite 203 - HomeAway listing 4568386) - ou ou une grande 1 chambre - (Suite 202- HomeAway listing 4536146) - au rez-de-chaussée de cette villa peut également être ajoutée.
Les prix sont basés sur une occupation de 2 personnes par chambre. Des lits supplémentaires peuvent être organisés avec la direction. La climatisation et un service de blanchisserie sont également disponibles en option.
De nombreuses variétés d'oiseaux et d'animaux, y compris les colibris, les perroquets, les papillons, les iguanes, les singes, les mapaches, même les ocelots et autres chats sauvages, les coatimundi, les tatous et les fourmiliers habitent les collines et les vallées environnantes de notre réserve privée.
À quelques minutes de votre villa, vous trouverez des supermarchés, des magasins, des hôtels, des discothèques, 4 terrains de golf de classe mondiale, des casinos et des restaurants pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants. Un barbecue sur place est disponible pour les grillades. (Apportez à la maison vos prises, steaks, crevettes, etc. et partagez-les avec vos amis et votre famille!).
Les activités d'aventure sur terre et sur mer sont toutes facilement accessibles. Plongée en apnée, surf, échouage, observation des oiseaux, voile, pêche - (onshore et offshore) - peuvent facilement être organisées. Les activités terrestres comprennent plusieurs tyroliennes, l'équitation, les aventures en VTT, la randonnée vers un volcan, de la boue et des bains de sources chaudes minérales, le vélo, le rafting, l'exploration des cascades et bien plus encore peuvent être facilement organisés pour vous. Paradise In Costa Rica

As you grab your bag and go up a slight incline to check in to this property you are hit with the beauty. Behind you stretches the ocean and in front of you is green grass, palm trees, beautiful flowers and a blue, inviting pool. We stayed in places with a great view of the ocean and immediate usaf the nearby pool. The Villas are also located centrally where at the bottom of the driveway you can go left to Playa Potrero with its beaches and restaurants or left into Playa Flamingo with it's beaches and restaurants. Easy check in with Igor and he was always available for any questions we had. Wonderful stay!

A nature lover’s dream

Suite 204 is the best-kept secret of the beautiful Villas Casa Loma, nestled in the mountainside between Playas Flamingo and Potrero. Now that we’ve secured (booked) our stay for next year, we can spill the beans. What can we say to add to the list of detailed and highly accurate five-star reviews other than nothing is as reinvigorating as waking up to the sun rising over the mountain tops in this breath-taking suite, with its high redwood ceilings, full-length windows, surrounded on three sides by balconies, atop tropical dry forests, dramatic sunsets over the grand Pacific Ocean and night skies filled with layers upon layers of stars. We picked oranges from a tree growing within reach of our balcony and conversed with the magpie jays till they got too saucy. We hiked through Igor’s many acres of tropical dry forests—did healthy climbs to the top of the mountain for an incredible ocean view. We spotted howler monkeys, white-tailed deer, butterflies, and geckos. On other days, we relaxed under the bougainvillea-covered pergola by the sparkling pool just below our suite, surrounded by lush and fragrant gardens, with a choice of shade or sun, for quiet times or socializing with the other guests. We took day trips through the countryside. One was up the infamous Monkey Trail, but we chickened out and turned around (see the Monkey Trail Facebook page with daily conditions), discovered barrios, walked the many beaches, and swam in the ocean. Yet, nothing eclipsed our home at Villas Casa Loma. Igor (the owner), Bruno, and their staff made us feel as welcome as family. Getting to know Igor gave us an even greater appreciation for the Villas and the area. Diez Estrellas!

Oh, I feel so humble and not deserving all this praise - BUT - Thank you, thank you, thank you! It really feels great to see that somebody - as you appreciate all that work that went to it to create this "LITTLE CORNER OF PARADISE" This year we were blessed with a fantastic outburst of flowers and greenery as well as INCREDIBLE sunsets over the New Spectacular Marina which is just across the bay from us. We have the best views of this Marina which is a piece of art with upscale shops, restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, etc...Elegant yachts arrive every day - all in full view from Villas Casa Loma...I was lucky because the other day I saw on our property a Jaguar, Coati Mundi, Parrots, Monkeys, Deer, and many more God Creatures The weather has also been incredible this season - plus the warm ocean + our 2 beautiful Tropical pools...Well, we certainly are looking forward to seeing you next year here in our "Little corner of Paradise" PURA VIDA!!!

An oasis of peace, very relaxing

What a beautiful, relaxing place to stay for a while! Just a little bit up the hill from a beautiful beach, Villas Casa Lima’s is just lovely. Igor and Tom are so gracious and friendly and helpful, and knowing they created all this beauty is awe inspiring. Our villa was private and quiet, the view of the bay beautiful, the pool just below was so refreshing. We also swam in the lower pool and loved the shade and cool there. We are already planning our return!

Welcoming owners, fantastic view, relaxing.

Villas Casa Loma is a great place to kick back and relax. Our room, Suite 204, had a wrap around deck enabeling us to sit in or out of the sun, depending on the time of day. It is a studio, i.e. there isn't a separate bedroom, however the bed is separated from the large living area by a room divider. The kitchen and living room area is VERY spacious. There are large floor t ceiling windows /patio doors on 3 sides of the apartment offering a spectacular view of the bay.! (I expect that this room would get quite warm during March so using the a/c would be necessary at certain times of the day. There is an extra charge for this, as is common in Costa Rica. The pool area has shaded and sunny areas, is well maintained, is , and a good size for swimming. Because this is a small complex it's easy to meet other guests around the pool and socialize. You do need a rental car to get to restaurants, shops and the beach unless you are an avid walker. It is located on a hill (loma). The owners made our stay extra special. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I would recommend Villas Casa Loma to travellers looking for a quiet place with a Costa Rican feel to it. Erma

Happy to hear that you enjoyed your secial accommodations here, Erna! Each of our accommodations is deliberately designed to be uniwue and welcoming, comfortable and private. Your Suite (204) offers some quite spectacular vistas of the surrounding hills, forest and ocean. Although we are on a gentle hillside overlooking Flamingo and Potrero Bays, we are close to all the facilities the area offers, yet removed enough to be quiet and secure. The design of our Villas is such that airconditioning is rarely if ever needed due to the large roof extentions and gentle breezed off the ocean. A car is certainly an asset, but not a necessity. There are excellent tour agencies close at hand to satisfy the most discriminating needs. (Costa Rica is - without question- a country that cries out to be explored!) Beautiful beaches, fascinating local villages, spectacular rivers and waterfalls, fascinating wildlife - the choices are endless! We are quietly proud of what we have accomplished here and are delighted to share ourlittle corner of Paradise with others. Please come back and sample more of the 'Pura Vida' lifestyle!! Truly unique property

The property that Igor and Tom have developed is unique. The way they have developed the mountain side to take advantage of the terrain and use a wide variety of natural materials is wonderful. Our unit had a windows three sides and a wrap around deck. The views were terrific and the airflow kept the unit cool even on the hottest days. If you don't have transportation then the hike to the beaches and groceries etc is a workout, especially the climb back up the mountain. The view was spectacular and mornings and evenings on the deck were wonderful.

We spent a great deal of time and effort to develop this property in a unique and special way. Often the topography dictated the initial placement of buildings, pools, gardens, etc., lending a unique ambiance to the project...Reliance on natural views of the surrounding hills, valleys, and ocean dictated the placement of windows, terraces, lookouts throughout, while the setting on a gentle hillside high above the beach all but guarantees cooling breezes year round! The use of natural - local - materials follows our philosophy of "keeping it natural". We are blessed by the profusion of wonderful restaurants, water, and land activities close at hand, yet just distant enough to guarantee a high degree of safety, security, peace and quiet. You won't want to leave

This place is unbelievable. Large open concept suite. Floor to ceiling windows around three sides provide great views. Have coffee with the sunrise and move to the front for wine and sunset. This place is so private you'll feel like you are alone. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Missing something? Ask Tom or Igor. They win the prize for best hosts. Yes, other guests will be at the pool but this place is really quiet and luxurious. If you are fit, you can walk to the beach and grocery, and the restaurants. But renting a car is wise. There is a lot to do here from taking a sea cruise , or surf lessons, and great restaurants. This suite is more than a place to park your belongings, it's a vaca all by itself. I have stayed here three times from 5 weeks to three months. I love the view of Playa Flamingo beach and spotting whales or dolphins. Howler monkeys are fun to hear but never intrusive. The mountain and ocean breezes make air conditioner unnecessary but it's there if you request it. Have a problem? Tell Tom or Igor and it will be fixed.

We take no responsibility for the fabulous sunsets, spectacular vistas, balmy breezes and warm tropical weather, but are glad that we succeeded in creating a special place here in our little corner of Paradise thanks to our unique location.! We have designed our property so that every Suite and Villa offers private "nooks", large open and covered terraces and generous social areas with spectacular vistas of the surroundings. Nature is always only a glance away! Your 3rd visit was the longest yet and we hope it will be even longer next time. Having a car is a definite plus, but for longer stays, it may be wise to arrange rentals for briefer periods of time. That way you can organize your shopping, sightseeing, etc. knowing that the rental car is not just sitting unused for extended periods of time...( We often suggest this to our long stay guests.) Proximity to supermarkets, spectacular restaurants, shops, tourism-related companies, etc. are but a few of the reasons for seeking out the peace and quiet offered by Villas Casa Loma. Wonder ocean view and sunsets!

For our tenth visit to Costa Rica (CR), my wife and I decided to try the Flamingo Beech area again because of its access to a wide variety of beautiful beaches, recreation activities and proximity to the Liberia Airport where we could easily pick up and deliver family members who visited us during our planned one month stay. For this visit we were looking for a house to rent again and discovered Villas Casa Loma on-line while researching our travel plans. We decided to stay there and rented a Villa suite. It offered comfortable accommodation and 180 degree views of the mountains and ocean coast where dramatic sunsets are guaranteed every evening. The property is well situated on a hillside and maintained by a courteous staff. The pool areas are perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Owners Igor and Tom are always responsive to answer any accommodation questions you may have or guide you through any recreation, restaurant or adventure planning you have in mind. House/Villa renting in CR may not be for everyone as it often assumes you have access to transportation, are familiar with the region you choose to live and for the most part, prepared move in and take care of yourself. We chose Flamingo because we stayed in hotels and also rented there before. We also decided to rent a car for our stay so we could easily explore the sights whenever we wanted. Alternatively there’s a local taxi service that can also deliver you whenever needed. The kitchen in our suite was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. Grocery shopping is available at a variety of stores ranging from the small local ones that are a five minute drive away to the larger main grocery stores approximately a twenty minute drive away. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost, buy we never needed it due to the cool hillside breezes every evening. Staying in homes/villas vs. hotels in a tropical country like Costa Rica means you are likely to be exposed to various ants and spiders so it’s advisable to have the appropriate spray handy to defend against them. However, other local wild life such as geckos, iguanas and Howler Monkeys were always fascinating to see when they arrived for a visit. We have some great memories of our 2017 Costa Rica vacation and would recommend the Villas Casa Loma to anyone planning either a short or long term rental stay. Ray & Mary Lou Fisher Ottawa, Canada

Fantastic trip to Flamingo Beach

We spent 6 weeks at Villas Casa Loma and loved every minute of it. The owners Tom & Egor could not have been better hosts. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed and were available at all times to answer questions and give advice etc on excursions, restaurants, taxis, airport transportation etc. They were invaluable hosts. The property is in a prime location and just as described on the VRBO site. All the suites and villas have fantastic panoramic views of the coastline and the whole complex is very well maintained. We had a car for 2 weeks and then just enjoyed walking down to the beaches (about 5 minutes to the nearest). The beaches in this area are second to none. Outstanding bay after bay from Potrero, Flamingo, Conchal and Playa Grand and no crowds. You have miles and miles of unspoiled beaches just about all to yourself. I was able to do my morning Yoga workout beside the pool with only the sound of the birds and the beauty around me. Both pools are a joy and there are lots of loungers and shaded areas to spend a quiet afternoon with a good book. We would highly recommend Villas Casa Loma and will definitely be returning.

You certainly made the most of your stay here and we are delighted for it ! As you discovered, the design of Villas Casa Loma is such that every Suite and Villa offers private, quiet, shaded areas for relaxing and viewing nature and at the same time great opportunities for integratin into social activities happening here. ... Your morning yoga workouts were generously shared with several others who appreciated your leadership... Weather here has cooled off slightly now with some light rains from time to time... We have taken advantage of this cooler weather and have been planting more plumerias - blood red, yellow and white - around the property, as well as more fruit trees such as lemons, oranges, mangos, avocados papayas and coconuts - even a few pineapples ! ... The whales have put in appearances in Potrero and Flamingo Bays as well as some dolphins. Exciting watching them from the various balconies here. ... Our resident turtles are back in our private garden - encouraged by the light rains, as are a variety of songbirds plus some beautiful small red foxes, deer, coatimundi - and even an anteater! The howler monkeys are enjoying the new buds forming on the trees, too.... There is just so much to do and see here ! You have only scratched the surface. ... Congratulations on discovering the facilities of the area: beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. ... Thank you for your kind words and your most welcome visit to our little corner of Paradise ! Your participation in the fun and activities of the area really added to the enjoyment of all here. WE look forward to seeing you both again soon ! There is so much more to do ! PURA VIDA !! Pura Vida !

All I can say is: PURA VIDA ! We go here every year for peace and quiet, to see Tom and Igor - along with other long-term visitors that we have met at VILLAS CASA LOMA - are now our best friends. We have been going here for eleven years now. every year we stay longer and longer this year was Dec. 31 to March 18th we wished we stayed longer. we also meet other friends here too who also come back every year. we always have a great time here ,the views here are fantastic from the mountains to the ocean. we have binoculars to see the whales playing in the ocean,the birds in the trees, and also the howler monkeys in the trees were awesome, too. Tom and Igor will do anything to help you the best they can,they will call restaurants for reservations car rentals they will tell you the best places to eat, beaches galore , tours ,etc. You name it they will help you do anything you wish to do. The two pools are huge and beautiful ,lots of greenery, ,palm trees, banana trees flowers.they have different size villas, for one or many. Just ask Tom and Igor they will accommodate you. The area is great for shopping, the grocery store Massaia has everything you would need two minutes by car or you can drive to Tamarido - twenty minutes - a great store there called AM Automercado, has everything from around the world.and you can also surf here or sit at a nice restaurant on the beach and watch.there is so much to do here or just read a book by the pools.we can't wait till next year! Maybe we will stay three months if we can. Thank you Tom and Igor for a fun and wonderful time in your own piece of paradise. John and Keith .

After travelling extensively through many countries of the world, we came to Costa Rica for the first time more than 30 years ago and instantly fell in love with the nature, people, flora and fauna of this gentle country. Almost 30 years ago (1989) we purchased a very large natural preserve nestled above the Pacific Ocean in a very sleepy, quiet community of Flamingo Beach in the Pacific North-Western province of Guanacaste. We never looked back - never regretted this decision. In fact, we started by building our first house. Then a guest house, followed by a pool. Before we knew it, we had designed and built a unique complex of beautiful Villas with 2 large pools - all built with the highest regard for their tropical surroundings and natural setting. From every window or terrace, one can appreciate the magic of Nature. It has been very rewarding personally for us to create this unique little corner of Paradise!
