Casita BEACHFRONT incroyable.

Nous offrons une belle casita BEACHFRONT à Penca Beach, une petite plage de sable blanc magique et secrÚte à seulement 25 minutes de Tamarindo. Cette plage primée est reconnue comme l'une des plus belles plages du pays.

La casita est située dans une propriété de 1 acre en bord de mer magnifiquement aménagée avec des palmiers et des almendro. La brise de l'océan arrive jusqu'à la maison, qui n'est qu'à 10 pieds de la plage. De grandes portes coulissantes relient le studio à la terrasse et à la plage.

La plage de Penca est situĂ©e dans une baie calme, juste en face de l'Ăźle de Chocoyas, oĂč vous pourrez profiter du kayak, du stand-up paddle et de la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e dans des eaux calmes et vitreuses. Vraiment unique pour profiter de l'intimitĂ©, se connecter avec la nature et trouver l'Ă©quilibre.

Cette grande casita lumineuse et confortable est entiÚrement équipée: cuisine, réfrigérateur, A / C, Internet et eau chaude. La propriété est fréquentée par un couple local qui assure des services de sécurité et de nettoyage 24h / 24.

Depuis notre grande terrasse, vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil, prendre le petit-déjeuner ou profiter de la vue sur la mer de jour comme de nuit. La terrasse est ornée d'une belle fontaine de style espagnol.

La plage de Penca a obtenu 8 années consécutives le prix de la «plage du drapeau bleu», une reconnaissance accordée aux plages les plus propres du Costa Rica. Accessible à toute voiture. Route pavée jusqu'à 1 mille avant la plage. La ville la plus proche est Potrero, située également à 1,6 km de la propriété, c'est une belle petite ville de Guanacaste avec des épiceries, des restaurants, des cantines et 1 petite église.

Les bons restaurants ne manquent pas dans la région, avec Flamingo et Catalinas à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. D'autres plages incroyables dans la région incluent Conchal, Prieta, Sugar Beach ou Danta. Tous les paradis tranquilles de sable blanc pour se connecter avec la nature.

The property was delightful and our late arrival still was warmly welco ed by the manager and her husband. We felt safe to walk the beach and surrounding streets which have some great little eating places. This place was the perfect end to our stay in Costa Rica.

Stunning

This was better than described- such a gem to stay here! Beach was amazing and seen lots of fish snorkelling.Was our favourite place out of our whole trip! We plan to stay here next time we come down.

Amazing stay!

This property was beautiful. Close enough to walk to things but far enough away to feel secluded. Loved waking up and sitting on the beach drinking coffee. Hammocks during the afternoon thunderstorms were fun. This was an incredible space for our anniversary/birthday trip.

We loved this location so much. It was stormy while we were there, but the rental was perfect, the views were amazing, and the hosts were so good to us. They had bikes on hand, so it was so nice to use those to go eat, and explore. Loved it so much!

I love this place! I wanted quiet, relaxing, peaceful and unique! It was allOf them! I was afraid it was too good to be true but it was all that I’d hoped for! The care takers were amazing. Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we need to eat in as planned. There are some restaurants very close within walking or driving a few stores to chose from and we felt very safe roaming out. There were a couple of things that kept if from being five star but not even worth complaining about. The price was beyond reasonable, the onsite hosts were wonderful and the studio was comfortable and beautiful! If you want spotless, bug free or a maid you may need a five star hotel or resort but for me, it was a dream spot!

Unbelievable location

We absolutely loved our stay, the location we hands down the best I have ever experienced. We arrived after dark in the middle of a rain storm which made finding the property a bit challenging but luckily the caretaker was super responsive and quickly helped. The location is within walking distance of several good resturants which was great too. Honestly my only complaint and it really pretty minor is that the hot water was a bit lacking when it came time to take a shower. Otherwise we had a flawless stay, despite the rainy weather.

Can't beat this location

After exploring around this and other beaches, we realized how lucky we were to find this gem. Not a lot of houses right on the beach like this one. Sat out and watched the beautiful sunsets every night. Digna was super helpful. We could not have been happier with our choice.

Private Beachfront Paradise!!!

We LOVED our stay at Cabina Azul!! We were in awe by how beautiful and private this little gem was. The white sandy beach is literally steps away from your door. Watching the sunset on the beach with a glass of wine was truly amazing! The studio was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, and a brand new BBQ. Digna and Omar were very kind and accommodating, enjoyed our little chats. Thank you! We had a very relaxing stay! Hasta Luego Costa Rica

Delightful spot

We spent four nights at this property right on the beach. Hosts were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed being able to walk out the front door onto the beach and also sit on the patio and watch the sun set in the evenings over the ocean. It was just a short walk into the village where there were two grocery stores, a coffee shop and several restaurants that we enjoyed. If you are driving in from Liberia, you may want to check the route as GPS brought us in through a rather treacherous route which we managed to avoid when leaving. A truly delightful spot.

The Best!

You can’t beat it! The lovely, quaint studio right on the beach was perfect! Out of the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas Playa Penca was just what we were looking for. We had the beach all to ourselves every morning and evening. During the day some locals and a few tourists come hang out but it never feels crowded. You can walk to great restaurants and markets. Digna and Omar our hosts who live behind the unit were a delight! So helpful and so kind. We loved every minute!

Little cabana on an amazing non touristy beach

We loved our stay @ Casa Azul! Simple studio cabana yet had pretty much everything you needed for few nights stay! Super loved the location for a quiet stay @ the beach, literally you could wake up with the sound of the waves! The host and caretakers were very responsive, and the communication was very easy! The only major negative was the odor from the septic system that spoiled some of our morning yoga sessions on the lovely terrace overlooking the beach
 maybe a some sort update would be needed!!! Overall, we would definitely come back and stay another time. Thank You Casa Azul!

Terrific property for a couple. Hosts were great. Couple of things I would do different. Upgrade to the SUV and check to make sure the spare has air. Roads are an adventure, download the area map to your phone, cell service can get sketchy. Also checks flights into Liberia instead of San Jose. So many great restaraunts to choose from right in the area. Brewery in Potrero was excellent. Beach in front of the apartment was beautiful and rarely busy. Enjoy! we did.

Stunning

The beach is the selling point at this VRBO. There were very few people during our stay. I would say it is semi private. Absolutely incredible! Water was cool and not too rough. And the sand
 all sand no rocks and very few shells. If you’re looking for nightlife, this is not the place. Very quiet and romantic. Perfect for us. The studio is small and comfortable with everything you need to either have appetizers and wine on the deck or you could cook a simple meal as well. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Hosts Digna (forever smiling) and Oscar were there whenever anything was needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Epic

The pictures of this place don’t do it justice at all, not to mention the hospitality. As far as I’m concerned, we won’t stay anywhere else next time we are in CR on this side of the country. Hands down the best place to stay on a beach in the world.

Great Beach Front Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront studio – it truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Being directly on the water was an absolute dream! The location is serene and beautiful, with the ocean just steps from the terrace. Waking up to the sunrise over the calm bay and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made this a truly peaceful getaway.The road to the property is a bit tucked away, and it took us a moment to realize we were in the right spot – but once we found it, we knew we were in for something special. The parking area was convenient, and we were greeted by a friendly cat who seemed to be a regular around the grounds, which added to the charm.The property is beautifully landscaped, full of birds and little crabs that made the yard feel alive with nature. The studio itself was clean and cozy. The on-site caretakers were kind, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive.If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-filled stay right on one of Costa Rica’s beaches, this is the place.
