**Please note, a games room can be used as a 6th bedroom if needed.

**Services
• Housekeeping service is available Monday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Bedsheets and towels will be changed on the 4th day of your stay, as well as a complete cleaning.
• Note that guests are responsible for dishes if they cook.
• A private chef can be provided if needed at an additional cost
• The villa has a list of wines that can be delivered if needed at an additional cost.

- Durian, drugs, and narcotics are strictly prohibited in the villa.
- Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pool cleaning: Mon, Wed & Fri - in the morning
- Garden: 4 times a week - the gardener will not be able to access the house; they will only work in the garden
