👥 Maximum Occupancy
Each unit has its own posted maximum occupancy, and that limit may not be exceeded at any time.
If multiple units are rented, each unit must remain within its individual maximum occupancy. Guests may not gather or sleep in a unit beyond its approved capacity.
Only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property. No additional visitors are allowed.

🔞 Primary renter must be 25+ years of age
🖊️ The signer of the rental agreement must occupy the property for the full duration of the stay
📄 A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.

No illegal parking, including behind the garage or in the alley. Violations may result in city fines of $2,000+ for which the renter is responsible.
🔕 Noise Enforcement
Parties/loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000+ and/or immediate eviction without refund. Renter is responsible.
📹 Exterior security cameras are in place.
🐾Service Animal Policy
Hosts are allowed to ask:
Whether the guest requires a service animal due to a disability.
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.

✔ Be under the handler’s control at all times (leashed, harnessed, or otherwise controlled)

✔ Not be left alone at the rental at any time

🐕 Dogs are prohibited on the beach from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM year-round
