Goldilocks Lodge offers a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout that’s perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a peaceful Smoky Mountain retreat. The cozy living room features plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace framed by large windows that bring in beautiful natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. Just off the kitchen, the dining area has a large table perfect for gathering over meals or game night.

The cabin includes two private bedrooms: a King master suite on the main floor with direct access to the screened-in deck and hot tub, plus a spacious en suite bath with double sinks. Upstairs, the Queen suite features a jetted tub, private balcony, and a full bathroom with double vanity and separate shower. An additional half bath on the main level means no sharing the master bath — great for extra convenience. The loft game room brings the fun with a pool table, arcade game, Smart TV, and a twin-over-full bunk bed — ideal for kids or extra guests.

* Maximum occupancy is 7 guests.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.

Guests violating either of these rules will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
