This is the best cabin we’ve stayed at. We arrived an hour before check in and the manager reset our code so we could unload. I highly recommend these cabins and look forward to our next stay here. Oh and sitting out on the decks were so peaceful. The cabin was clean and the furniture was so comfortable.

We loved the cabin. The king bed was so comfy! The shower in the master was awesome and our kids loved the game room and hot tub!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for a couple of very dim lightbulbs, we had a wonderful stay! It was so close to the Island and the Dollywood parks and restaurants yet so quiet and peaceful being an end unit. We enjoyed the hot tub on the lower deck, the fireplace and the community swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer for clean items fir the trip home.

Property was perfect for family of 4! Our boys were excited to have the basement suite all to themselves. We loved the arcade games in the loft as well the pools and game room. Cabin was very clean and had lots of amenities. Great location- was close to all the action in Pigeon Forge, only 15-20 minutes to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains!! Would stay here again.

Very cozy little cabin

Nice little duplex cabin, nestled in the woods of a small resort. Clean and quite fully furnished. We stayed in the very hot mid summer and the up stairs bedroom was a little warm through the day but comfortable enough at night to sleep. Down stairs bedroom was nice cool all day. Private hot tub on the back porch was awesome and the resort pool was just across the parking lot. Close to main attractions in Pigeon Forge but still felt like being in the woods. Parking was good, not too much of an incline like other places we heard of. If you’re pulling a small trailer, you might have room to park close. But larger 20-30’ trailer with SXS’s or something would not be able to accommodate on property. Over all great experience and would highly recommend staying there with a family of 4 or 2 couples.

Lazy Bear cabin was cute and clean with lots of room for our family of four to spread out. I enjoyed early mornings sitting on the back porch where I saw a doe, a buck and a red-headed woodpecker. The hot tub was nice after a long day exploring. The king sized bed upstairs was comfortable. Our sons enjoyed the downstairs area as there is a large bathroom, a sitting area, and a small table. It was a great cabin to come back to each day. It is located not far from the main area of Pigeon Forge, but feels secluded to the trees.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our cabin and the amenities it provided! The managers were also great in responding to any questions we had and even gave us a recommendation for a pizza joint for the first night! We will def book through this place again when we return for a sight seeing trip!

Amazing layout with lots of storage and areas to relax. My teenage daughter loved having her own area on the bottom level and my son enjoyed the game area on the third level. Plenty of dishes and cookware. My husband enjoyed the grill and eating on the patio. Easy access to area attractions and grocery stores. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive.Only complaint was the fitness center could use some updating. Very little cardio equipment and no free weights. My kids are already asking to come back to the same property as soon as possible!

Perfect weekend getaway

The cabin was perfect, we did have one small issue with a leaking pipe that’s was quickly addressed. The location is amazing, you can see the island from the hot tub, but still far enough away where you don’t have the noise! I can’t wait to book here again

Spacious cabin

Cabin was a great space for our spring break trip. Great location, nearby all the attractions. We enjoyed using the hot tub, having a few meals in using the grill. Our teenage son loved the space in lower level suite. We all enjoyed the arcade game machine in loft! Beds/pillows were comfortable, master shower great. Must have recently added a new sofa on main level (older reviews had some complaints). Plenty of outdoor seating options. Check in & out simple- all communication through email & text was thorough & easy! Great stay!
