Le Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse est situé dans un complexe de condominiums paisible en front de mer, à North Kihei. Il offre une vue imprenable sur le Pacifique. Il y a deux bâtiments de six étages avec ascenseurs et la plage face de la propriété est exceptionnelle pour les couchers de soleil, la natation, la planche à voile, de détente à long promenades sur la plage et spectaculaire observation des baleines en saison.

We stayed at Sugar Beach resort in Kehei, Hawaii. Had a lovely condo, nice and clean. People were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This penthouse is a superb location, and is beautifully furnished. It is so very comfortable, isn’t that what a vacation is about? Overlook the beach and ocean and watch the sunsets and the paddlers going out from the nearby club. Comfortable beds, bedding, couches, and everything you could think of…outdoor dining table, indoor dining table, coolers, beach chairs, laundry, it’s really terrific. Ride the elevator and steps to the pool, hot tub, grills, and beachside chairs, Unfortunately and this is 100% my fault, I did not read the fine print and the per night price posted does not include all the additional charges. So for our three night stay, it was indeed too good to be true and the additional fees (management, service, cleaning, taxes, etc.) pretty much doubled the price for our stay. Again, my bad for seeing a truly gorgeous property and not paying more attention to the full price. Highly recommend; management company is top notch and meets and greets you when you arrive; responds to queries of any sort immediately; provided helpful suggestions and tourist tips. Peek over the balcony and the “Aloha” in the landscaping is right there.

Great location and view. Staff and management were absolutely horrible.

This is a great location. Awesome views and great set up. Check in was difficult. Poor communication on numerous parties from the management side. The condo was clean and nice. When we left we got billed $156 for several towels because they said we used them at the beach. They were the beach towels. Tried to contact management to discuss and they refused to return my calls or emails and have been incredibly unhelpful. Would not recommend staying here due to how they treat customers and their interactions.

Loved the property

The draw for renting this condo unit was the view in 2 directions, as it is on a corner. Absolutely wonderful ocean front condo, just a few steps from the beach with great snorkeling. Couple things that could have been better, there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels and the decor is outdated! My family enjoyed our stay so much - couldn’t have been a better propert for us! Thank you!

Check in people where not nice when face to face or on phone. There is a promotional advertising paper posted on fridge stating complementary things for sugar beach guests so we called to see what it was very excited and the lady said “it is free to inquire” but its only 5% off !! That is deceitful and rude. It wasted my time to even call. Take it down or post the truth

We stayed in Sugar Beach condo PH12 for 10 fantastic days. Our daughter was married at the Sugar Beach Events 2 doors down and that was equally fantastic. The condo was perfect for 6 of us and the condo was very modern and well maintained both to mention spacious. Love the location and Alii Resorts was outstanding in how well they took care of us. Highly recommend Sugar Beach Condos, PH12 specifically and Alii Resorts for anyone looking for a "fantastic" Maui experience. Bob and Janet Greiner

Sugar Beach

Aloha, we just spent the best 10 day family vacation at Sugar Beach. What a perfect location for families and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than in this Penthouse condo!!!!! It has two large bedrooms and the spacious living and kitchen areas along with the large balcony were ideal. It is modern and so comfortable. Great ocean view and we loved the sound of the waves and watching the people walking the beach. Of course we walked it daily ourselves. If you have a family or maybe two couples vacationing together we give This condo two thumbs up and we guarantee we will come back. We booked through Ali'i Resorts and they kept us well informed prior to our trip, met us at the condo when we arrived, answered

Great value. Nice place.

Overall a great value, and I would consider staying there again. Ideally, I would get a unit that faced the ocean directly, rather than the complex interior. The complex is older, but you'll only notice this from the layout. The unit itself was updated and very clean and well stocked. The pictures are accurate with a nice pool+grass+beach+ocean view. Plenty of parking. Nice people. Kihei worked well for us as it was centrally located, but be aware that it has a reputation for being windy, and was for us. Positive experience, we enjoyed it, but consider these few items that may influence your selection: You can hear mild road noise There's a constant AC or Koi pond pump hummmmm. Don't know if you can escape this anywhere, but it distracted me from the ocean sounds One of the bedrooms shares a wall with the elevator, and you can hear and feel it when it's active Check the location on a map...there's not much around the complex. We liked that, but you may want easier walking access to places and activities.

We invite you to share our home away from home. Penthouse 12 is on the top floor of Sugar Beach Resort, right on the ocean with an incredible 5 mile white sand beach. Is is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling or just beach combing. Penthouse 12 has everything you could possibly want, a double lanai with fantastic water and beach views, comfortable beds and furniture, 2 Sony flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and long distance and a well equipped kitchen with everything from a hot air popcorn popper to barbeque utensils. Our rooms are very clean and are constantly upgraded. You will wake to the sound of gentle waves lapping the shore, see turtles and whales playing in the blue ocean and marvel as the sun drops right in the ocean out front. Maui No Ka Oi, its the best.
