Parfait endroit pour vacances en famille - New Cabin on Balsam Lake

Bienvenue chez Worries End! Notre cabane familiale se trouve à une courte distance en voiture des villes jumelles et est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre pour des vacances d'été ou d'hiver.

Notre cabine a été construite en 2016 et propose 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, une salle familiale au sous-sol de bonne taille, un salon avec cheminée et un porche à quelques pas du lac. Il y a un lit queen, un lit pleine grandeur et une chambre à lits superposés qui offre 2 lits doubles, un jumeau et un bac à dos complet. Il a toutes les commodités de la maison. À l'extérieur, il y a une pelouse plate au bord du lac et 2 quais qui offrent une natation et une pêche fantastiques.

Balsam Lake Wisconsin est un lieu de vacances de premier plan. Il se trouve à 25 minutes de St Croix Falls et à environ 75 minutes des villes jumelles. Le lac a plus de 2000 acres avec un grand plaisir de pêche et d'eau. La marina locale (Sunnyside Marine) possède des bateaux, des pontons et d'autres jouets aquatiques à louer. Il y a 2 restaurants que vous pouvez faire du bateau sur le lac et d'innombrables autres endroits géniaux dans les 20 minutes de la propriété. Turtle Lake Casino, Wild Mountain, Trollhaugen et Taylors Falls sont à environ 25 minutes en voiture de la propriété et offrent de nombreuses activités amusantes. Pour les amateurs d'hiver, le lac est idéal pour la pêche sur glace et la piste de motoneige Gandy Dancer est là.

Another wonderful stay at Worries End in Balsam Lake

We just returned from our third stay at Worries End. This is a great place for my wife and I, our son and daughter-in-law, and the two grandkids (ages 3 and 5). The 5 year old got into fishing this year in a big way and the dock provided hours of fun fishing for him. We could easily dock our pontoon (rented straight across the lake at Sunnyside Marina, very convenient) and Jonzy's Market is only a quick trip away for essentials. The cabin/house itself is wonderfully decorated, giving you that Northwoods feel, and the screened in porch is a great place for evening gatherings. Scott, the host/owner, is very responsive and has been a pleasure to deal with every trip. Only been home a day and already looking forward to next summer at Worries End.

Our young boys had a blast fishing off the dock, kayaking, and a day of boating on Balsam Lake. The house itself was great and the screened-in porch was a perfect late-night gathering spot.

Exceptional cabin on Beautiful Balsam Lake

This is the perfect cabin for family vacations. The cabin is new, clean, & well apportioned. It provides beautiful lake views with amazing fishing right from the dock. The screened in porch was a great family gathering place. The host was kind, courteous & provided many recommendations to enhance our trip! Looking forward to our next stay at Worries End cabin!

Great Family Vacation Spot...Two Years in a Row!

This is simply one of the best vacation rentals our family has ever experienced and we have rented not only at other places in northern Wisconsin but throughout the country. You will love the owners attention to cleanliness and making sure the property felt like a five star hotel stay. We communicated several times with them and they responded quickly and with an attitude of service. One of our favorite places to spend time in this cabin was the huge screen porch with its spectacular view of the lake and feeding hummingbirds. Some of the highlights were the spectacular fishing, the beautiful sunsets, pizza from Viv's Kitchen, Bingo on Monday nights at the Balsam Lake Lodge and a stop or two at the Turtle Lake Casino :) Our family had just the perfect vacation two years in a row. If you get a chance to stay at this property jump on it and your Worries will End...which happens to be this beautiful cabin's name.

Another wonderful week at Balsam Lake

Just returned yesterday from another great week at Worries End on Balsam Lake. This property is perfect for our family of 6 (2 Grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 young children (2 and 4 years old). The nice yard is perfect for yard games and the screened in porch is wonderful for breakfasts in the morning or evenings protected from the mosquitos. The dock easily accommodates our pontoon rental from the marina right across the lake. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. This was our second year staying at Worries End and hope to return in 2024.

Your Worries Do End During Your Stay at this Perfect Property on Balsam Lake!

The owner appropriately named their home "Worries End." We are veteran renters' of home properties and this was simply our very best experience. Not only was the "like new" six-year property described accurately, which is critical, but we found so many onsite surprises like adequate available cabinets/drawers and a completely empty refrigerator. The interactions with the owner, which were numerous because we simply ask a bunch of questions to help our packing accuracy, along with the communications we received ahead of time and the information shared at the home, were so helpful in planning our entire two-week stay. If you enjoy bass fishing and all other lake activities this lake is going to exceed your expectations. We also had loads of fun at the Turtle Lake casino, local brew pubs, and Wednesday night Bingo at the Thirsty Otter just to mention of few of our nonlake activities. Everything went so well that we have already booked next year's stay.

Wonderful stay at Worries End on Balsam Lake

From my first correspondence with the owner to the time we checked out, this was a wonderful experience. Worries End was a beautiful cabin/house that easily accommodated our party of 6, my wife and I, our son and daughter-in-law, and our 2 grandchildren ages 3 and 1. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch during morning and evening hours watching the lake activity, having breakfast, or playing some late night cards. It was a beautiful way to enjoy the evening "outside" without fighting the mosquitos! Jonzy Market is only a 6-8 minute drive from the cabin for your essentials. The yard between the cabin and the lake is quite flat and made for a great area for yard games The dock was very nice, and easily accommodated our rental pontoon. It was also large enough for a few chairs to enjoy the day. I would highly recommend Worries End for a group, including children. One of the lower level bedrooms has a great bunk bed arrangement. We will definitely be returning next year!

If you’re looking here, book this! It’s a phenomenal, newer lake home designed beautifully- the amenities and luxury of home but the design appeal of a lake cabin. From the cleanliness and the vaulted main room wood ceilings, to the view, the dock and the screened in porch, we could not have loved our quiet getaway more. It was perfect for floating off the dock, fishing boat rental, games on the porch, and staying in to eat. This home is set up perfectly for 2 couples and 4 kids, which we hope to do next time. But other combos could work. This handled just 3 of us with my husband and our 16 yr old without feeling too large either. I’ve never gotten a SleepNumber bed while on vacation. Combine that with the fresh air and sunshine and we slept like rocks. Loved that the TV was downstairs but WiFi and some tech was great to have. 90 minutes from our home in the Twin Cities, we are already looking forward to going back!

We purchased this property in 2014 because its wonderful location close to the Twin Cities, its south facing exposure and the fact that the property is flat to the lake. We love the Balsam Lake area with its lakes, shops and restaurants. We are a very active family and there are many fun activities for all of us, while still providing a wonderful opportunity for rest and relaxation from our busy lives.
