Soft winter light filters across the city-view living area, giving you a quiet place to settle in before stepping out into Nashville's rhythm. From the windows, the skyline rises in the distance, a steady reminder of the cafés, music venues, and neighborhood streets waiting just minutes away. Inside, the calm atmosphere offers a warm pause between outings, a space to unwind after exploring the city's winter energy.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms offer room to retreat, each with its own bathroom access to keep mornings and evenings unhurried. With three beds for up to eight guests, the layout supports both shared time and personal downtime, and bedding and essentials are provided to keep your stay simple and comfortable.
Living area
Large windows frame the skyline, adding a sense of place whether you're easing into a slow morning or returning after a full day out. Comfortable seating makes the space a natural gathering spot, while the TV and exercise equipment offer options for relaxing or fitting in a quick workout. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help keep the environment balanced throughout the season.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining area creates an easy flow for shared meals, whether you're warming up breakfast before heading to Broadway or settling in with something home-cooked. With the kitchen amenities provided, the space supports everything from quick bites to lingering dinners.

Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to plan outings or handle remote work. A washer, dryer, and ironing essentials add convenience for extended visits, while bathroom essentials ensure you have what you need without overpacking.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay
Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.
1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.
2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.
3. Building quiet hours â 10:00pm CST â 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.
4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST â Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.
5. Pets â no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*
Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.
PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
