Unit is on the second floor, there are no Elevators in this property. There are two small stairs from the street to the front door and a flight of stairs to the unit from the front door.

There is shared parking in the back property, first come first serve and ample street parking.

2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
