The Space:

Welcome to Cascade Peaks, a bright and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath mountain condo tucked inside Snowater near Glacier and Mt. Baker. With forest views, a cozy fireplace, shared resort amenities, and space for up to four guests, it is an easy basecamp for ski weekends, mountain adventures, and quiet Northwest escapes.



Winter is where Cascade Peaks really shines. Spend the day skiing or snowboarding at Mt. Baker Ski Area, approximately 30 minutes away, then return to Snowater for a soak in the shared hot tubs, a swim in the indoor pools, or time in the sauna before settling in beside the fireplace.



Inside, soaring ceilings and tall windows give the living area an open, relaxed feel while bringing the surrounding forest into view. Gather around the fireplace after a day outside, stream a movie, share dinner at the dining table, or step onto the balcony and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from an early breakfast before first chair to a relaxed dinner at home.

The loft style king bedroom overlooks the living area, while the main level queen bedroom provides a separate sleeping space downstairs.



As a guest of Snowater, you can enjoy shared community amenities including indoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness and game spaces, a pool table, sport courts, playground areas, walking paths, and beautiful forested grounds along the Nooksack River.



Cascade Peaks is equally inviting beyond ski season. Explore nearby hiking and biking trails, rivers, scenic drives, and the small mountain community of Glacier, then come home to a peaceful condo surrounded by the Pacific Northwest forest.

Whether the plan is powder days, quiet mornings, a fall mountain escape, or simply a few days away together, Cascade Peaks gives you a comfortable place to slow down between adventures.



The Neighborhood:

Snowater is a peaceful, forested mountain community near Glacier and approximately 30 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area. Set among towering evergreens and along the Nooksack River, it offers a quieter resort style setting while keeping guests close to skiing, hiking, biking, scenic drives, and the restaurants and small town atmosphere of Glacier.



Guests have access to shared community amenities including indoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness and game spaces, sport courts, playground areas, walking paths, and places to relax throughout the grounds.



In winter, Snowater makes an especially comfortable Mt. Baker basecamp. Ski during the day, then come back to swim, soak, sauna, and settle in by the fire.



Other Things to Note:

Cascade Peaks is located inside the gated Snowater community. A gate card is required for entry, and pickup instructions will be provided before arrival.



Snowater also requires vehicle information so parking permits can be prepared.



One dog is welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Sorry, cats and other pets are not permitted.



WiFi is available in the condo; however, Snowater condos currently use DSL service that typically ranges from approximately 1–5 Mbps. Both Snowater clubhouses have Starlink service for guests who need a stronger connection. Cell service can also be limited in the Glacier area.



Air conditioning is not available because Snowater does not allow A/C units to be installed.



Winter weather and road conditions can change quickly in the Mt. Baker area. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter conditions. Regional power or internet interruptions may occasionally occur during mountain storms.
