Main floor
You are welcomed into the home by entering the living room equipped with a large sectional for the whole family to enjoy the Smart TV with surround sound. There you can drop off your gear in the large mud room and laundry room. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and the brand new stainless steel appliances while cooking a meal for your family and friends. There is ample seating at the dining table and bar where you can enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Just off of the dining area you will find a covered hot tub and BBQ on the wrap around deck that leads you into the large back yard.  One of two full bathrooms are located on the main floor.

Upper floor
Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms to relax in, as well as a reading nook with a large selections of books. There is a full bathroom on the upper floor.

Located in Snowline, the Naturbyn Retreat is walking distance to maintained wooded trails along the river and throughout the National Forest so you can hike, and sight see by stepping just outside your back door.

Important Notes:

Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.

Gated Community / HOA:   About Snowline Community Club
Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area.  The community has numerous hiking trails both to Glacier and to the Nooksack River, a children's playground and kickball field.

The HOA requires gate cards for guest access, has rules for quiet hours, leash laws and a no campfire policy.   Parking is limited to the vehicles that fit in the driveway perpendicular to the road.

**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required. Parking is not permitted on roads within the Snowline, Mt Baker Rim, and Snowater Community. Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.**
Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay.
