Located in Coronado, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living areas, a dining room, and 2 attached patios in the main house, and a 1/1 backhouse, guests have plenty of room to spread out. Whether you're looking to unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoy the gorgeous surroundings, this property is perfect for your getaway. Enjoy all that Coronado has to offer when you stay at our place.
To give you a lay of the property, after crossing through the first of two yards, you'll enter through the front door and find the dining room with built ins on your left, with the relaxing living room and fireplace on your right. As you continue forward, you'll step into the second living area that shares a large room with the kitchen and kitchen island. All the rooms in the front are connected by French or arched doorways, making it an easy walk from the front door, through the dining room, to the kitchen, past the island, to the family room, into the living room, and back to the entry. The first patio is found through French doors off the kitchen/ living room and has relaxing lounge furniture, as well as a large Traeger Smoker/ Grill. Back inside, once you pass through the kitchen/family room, you'll enter a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms. The primary room is the room on your right. The primary bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. On your left of this hallway is the second bedroom, with a queen bed. The third bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has two standard size twin beds- one low loft, one high loft. These two additional bedrooms share a hall bath with both a shower and a tub. You can access the second patio by walking through French doors off either the primary or tertiary bedroom at the end of the hallway. This patio spans the length of the back of the house with patio furniture is set up off the primary bedroom. Off this deck is the backyard partially shaded by a beautiful magnolia tree outfitted with swings. Beyond the backyard is the backhouse which holds a queen bed, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. This home is fully appointed to serve all your needs for holiday entertaining. There are a couple surfboards in the garage, as well as one beach cruiser. The home is located walking distance to both sides of town, and a quick bike ride to the beach. Just one block away there is a great walking/ skating/ biking path that circumnavigates the whole island, and provides a fun way to cross sides of the island, by going under the Coronado bridge. If you need to pop over to San Diego, you have very easy bridge access that limits your need to fight island traffic. Please let me know if you have any questions.
