We are, however, incredibly sorry to hear about the frustrations you experienced with the master shower, the sliding doors, and the missing toaster. We truly wish we had known about these issues during your stay, as our on-island maintenance team would have been right over to deliver a brand new toaster and address the shower immediately! Please know that we have already dispatched our team to fix the shower plumbing, lubricate the sliding door tracks, and stock a new toaster for the kitchen.
