The property features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2 living rooms equipped with convertible sofa beds, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Additionally, there are 6 extra memory foam foldable mattresses that can be placed in one of the living rooms, bedrooms, or the adjacent den for added flexibility. Enjoy pure, refreshing water throughout your stay! Our home is equipped with a whole-house water softener for softer skin and cleaner dishes, plus a reverse osmosis (RO) system at the kitchen sink for purified, great-tasting drinking water—no need to buy bottled water!

EVENT POLICY:

For events with up to 20 guests → Additional charge: $350

For events with up to 25 guests → Additional charge: $400

For events with up to 30 guests → Additional charge: $550

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Collected and refunded via the app.

The deposit will be refunded in full provided there are no damages to the property and no violations of house or event rules

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Noise Restrictions: No loud music, amplified sound, or disruptive noise is permitted after 10:30 PM. This rule is strictly enforced.
2. Indoor Music: When music is played in the den, all doors must remain closed at all times.
3. Furniture Use: Any furniture, including tables and chairs, that is moved during the event must be returned to its original placement prior to checkout.
4. Trash must be bagged using the trash bags provided. No loose trash is allowed in bins.
